Comment your FAVORITE part of NB here!
I love Cibolo but just like every growing city or town in Texas the developers are building tons of new homes but not expanding the roads.
Yes its a bad idea.
When a grown man wears his hat backwards, it's a little hard to take him seriously.
Hat goes on the other way
Wonder how the snubbing locals feel about knowing that out of towers GERMANS founded their town, if that has not happened NONE of those snubs will not here either, so chill, you are not as “ locals “ as u think u are.
Avoid moving here if you're from California. Seriously. We're full!
Agreed! I’m in Austin, and it’s awful.
I think it would be so sick if you made a video on the rivers and groups that are working to preserve them :) they’re such an important part of the town! 🤗
Place is a dump .
Oh no 😮
No it's not
Loved all the valuable info here!
Isn’t schretz supposed to get a new UPS HUB?!!
Thank you Russell. Very informative
Looking to move here! Looking like a nice area!
New Braunfels is nice but has lost a lot of its charm. Also it got expensive after thousands of transplants moved here during the pandemic. 😒
If you are coming from a big city like Miami, NYC, LA, Houston, etc you will be very disappointed with the quality of restaurants in NB. And to prove my point, we just got a P.F.Changs and people are acting like it's a Michelin star rated restaurant.😂
Beautiful area but very close to Faith United Church who is pushing the Trans agenda on kids hosting a “family friendly” Drag show where kids 5 and under don’t need a ticket, they are welcome to “lap sit”.😡😡😡
If you need a cold caller with cheap rates, just message me sir. I'm a Real estate cold caller for MI, TX, FL, CA and more.
When I mouse over the section starting at 4:13 it says "Brothels", lol.
My dad lives there. I’m in California but I want to leave so bad!!!!! I’m so excited to move to new braunfels :)
I’m from Cali moving to New Braunfels also lol
@Tommy How and where are California's finding out about New Braunfels? From these KZread videos?
@@alwaysinsearch word of mouth???? Lol
@@lunarguidance3723 Than California's really spreading the word because there's more Californian than Texan in NB.
@@alwaysinsearch Yes that’s exactly what I’m saying, Californians love it there
Thank you
Is it infested with black people?
Good morning and could you do a video as to what businesses and especially restaurants are going to get built on Klein Road
I will look into it! Are you looking to move to Klein or already living over there?
@Living in New Braunfels, TX I presently live at the Preston Estates Subdivision and I was literally the 3rd house bulit here and now it has sprung up like weeds although the have 3 schools 2 small convince stores with gas stations there are no restaurants on Klein road which I think is insane. Just my perspective
For sure! Definitely a rapidly growing area for sure. I will put that on my radar for a video to make soon hopefully!
@Living in New Braunfels, TX I sincerely appreciate you and just a tidbit i would like to share. I've even reached out to Shaq the basketball player to build one of his chicken joints on Klein Road and have gotten no response yet
Good morning and may I inquire if you can tell me what shops and restaurants are going up on Klein Road because there is nowhere to go eat on Klein Road
Lol there is no "demand", im so sick and tired of people arbitrarily saying something is "in demand" to just try to needlessly hype it up
As austin grows there will be metroplex forming between Austin and San Antonio. NewBraunfels does have growth many people are moving there and driving to Tesla to work. Just look at the development between new braunfels and Austin the metroplex is coming your way.

Agree so true
What’s price point
starting in the low 300s in Overlook!
@@livenbtx any other huge developments coming
The Mayfair Development just broke ground close to Overlook at Creekside. That will be a huge development and they should start selling homes late this year or next year. Rauch Coleman also just started a new development over on the southeast side of town called Guadalupe Ridge that will have homes starting in the 250s or 260s I believe. I think they are supposed to have homes ready for move in by April or May!
@@livenbtx how long for build out time 10-+ years any other new development coming beyond that
I'm not aware of any developments that far out, but I did just put a video out a few weeks ago about some of the developments coming to NB if you want to check that one out on my page! Are you considering a move to NB?
Which do you prefer, New Braunfels or San Marcos? There's not alot of info comparing these 2 towns. Will be moving into one of these next year! Or possibly a surrounding town but those 2 seem to have the most going on.
Personally my preference is New Braunfels. BUT San Marcos is great as well. It really depends on what qualities you are looking for in a town. Where are you moving from?
@livenbtx I'm leaving California to Texas as my gf is from there and her family lives in texas. How do the qualities of each town differ? Both seem to be located well next to the 2 big cities and next to nature.
Quite a few differences. A big difference is size. New Braunfels is about twice the size of San Marcos. San Marcos also has a large college population so there are more bars and activities geared towards that whereas New Braunfels bars close at midnight most nights and there's more of a restaurant scene. San Marcos has better hiking/biking trails for sure. Both are great towns and really only about 15 minutes apart from each other. What town does your girlfriends family live in?
@livenbtx they live in corpus christi currently they aren't entirely biased in staying there they just so happen to be living there now. Originally we were going for San Antonio but we decided to start looking into the smaller towns in Central Texas instead. As we like the more laid back towns to live and prefer visiting the big cities. That's what we are use to. How's the affordability in terms of rent? We will probably rent for a year then start looking to buy within a year. Or would you suggest a neighboring town to rent at first?
So I have a video on my page for cost of living for New Braunfels and one for San Marcos as well, I would recommend giving those a watch! San Marcos generally is a little more affordable by median home price and rent prices though
Good overview thanks 👍🏽
Glad it was helpful!
The police are a bunch of clowns.
Keep it up. Do not waste your time > P r o m o s m.
Great video, I’ve asked for this video
Its overcrowded, gready government officials, overpriced, terrible roads, too much trafgic, crime and homless are getting worse. Dont move here.
Damn every city ppl say same thing lol
I form smtx it’s not even that bad y’all making it seem like it’s Htx or dtx or satx or atx yeah it’s getting bad but not bad to move there
Liar, just saying this to keep people away
Now, NB vs Seguin
Definitely need to get around to this one! But first...which one is your pick? lol
What about cíbolo or schertz ?
Those are really good towns as well! Great schools, lots of growth, and close to shopping as well. I will work on getting a video out for Schertz/ Cibolo in the near future!
I recently backed out of a new home build in voyage oaks. Nice to see content of NB TX real estate. New construction in the area seems to lack quality which is why we decided to hold off for now. What’s your take on the quality of these new homes
It's hit and miss. This video was with Chesmar and Chesmar builds a good home from my experience. There are certain one's I would be cautious of and make sure you get a third party inspection at every stage of construction for sure.
Don’t move to Texas unless you’re conservative
Nah man, the Texas I grew up loving embraces everyone regardless of political differences! Spread love not hate brotha!
