  Here is my thought, I am a christian and in Christianity we believe Holy Spirit ( God ) will be sent and live inside us , guiding us from within when we believe is Jesus Christ. So it debunk the idea that God is outside of us. It is like muscle and bone, without any it will be meaningless as it can’t work perfectly. Just imagine you don’t have bone and only have muscle, what will you look like and how do you function daily? Similarly a bone without a fresh is death. There is no life in it. In question of some people who want concrete evidence of God, I assume they are talking about physical contact, a touch a look etc. Jesus has already shown up 2000 ++ years ago, people can touch, people can see and people already witness his power to resurrect death people, heal the blind , walk on water , stop the windy storm , all there is witness by people and recorded. Even the Roman era historian who is not christian comfirm about this man existence in their writing. Yet people still don’t believe because it happen long ago. If I would like to ask, Buddhism encourage focusing of inner feeling and thought. Can anyone give a concrete evidence of existence of feeling and thought ( mind ), can they touch it or see it ? Doesn’t it fair to say, when you can’t touch it, it mean it is not real?

  Just because the universe exists, people assume there's a God, but where is the concrete evidence for God's existence? Many people define God in their own ways. They are so fascinated by the idea of God that they forget to focus on themselves. We are the tangible proof of our own existence. Happiness is what we seek, and suffering is what we try to avoid. We should focus on ourselves instead.

  As a giver I have come to learn that the one to be wise is the giver and not receiver. Yes it is more blessed to give then to receive but receivers do not have limits , they build themselves at other people’s expense and become entitled in most cases. They are takers and don’t care what it costs you.The giver must be wise and set boundaries otherwise you will just be building others and not yourself, in the end you start holding grudges and being resentful towards those you helped, as you help others do the same with yourself. You only have one life to live and must enjoy it🙏🔥❤️

  While i understand the message the video wants to convey, it is a bit confusing. The story's turning point is not relevant to one context (kindness). Being kind is one thing and being cautious to be able to make good judgement is another thing. But yes, key point is to find balance in everything we do and to add in a little caution upon our kindness .... not to limit the kindness OR not to stop helping everyone as the title mentioned it.
