  BBC One had two big network movie premieres for Christmas 1996 - Jurassic Park for Christmas Day and Free Willy for Boxing Day. I think Jurassic Park was unsuitable for Christmas Day, it should have swapped with Free Willy.

  0:46 - This was Studio N3, based in the BBC television newsroom in the Spur Block of BBC Television Centre. This studio was first introduced in 1986 for the daytime news summaries, but was rebuilt in 1988 for the 9pm news, weekend/bank holiday news and summaries
