  Yes it saves money.But in the long term if there repainted fully they won’t need painted for a while..Take 6044 it’s falling apart and the London Gemini roofs are still blue and not red.Plus most panels don’t match.

  If anyone is wondering why the announcement is still ‘Red Arrows’ and not X-Lines is because they can’t record the new ones as it’s not necessary at this time. So it will change after covid
