Had such a bad and awful time yesterday at this park I payed so much money for aqua moon jump session, my first time at this park. They hold you up so much at the entrance with their fake hellos and curtesy after finally in and not going in to the guest services to activate card as I was directed from front ticket window, I was there as an afternoon guest only which is only 5$ less from original all day price not such a big difference. Well after all of that I got to my session 25 mins late for the moon jump and when I got there the employee that checks you in told me that I was late instead of accommodating me in another time slot for 4 persons 20$ each he told me I only had 5 minutes to go in and enjoy there is hardly anyone there. (I can see why now). So is not like it was going to be hard to do this for the sake of it being our first time at this park and also I payed 80$ for four kids and only got 5 mins so we had no more time to go back a d forth. I even said but it’s our first time at this park not sure how things work at this park well. The employee at charge still keep insisting saying our boss says if customers are late they are late and loose they money and no possible accommodation they don’t care if it’s you first time there or not. Not sympathy what so ever. So this was the beginning of our weird experience at this park after the 5 minutes were over which in five minutes my son lost his prescription glasses by the inflated swing, that’s all we went in the five minutes experience to loose more money I told everyone who knows if I’ll get called to go pick up at lost and found today or later on this week despite I told life guard, employees checking you in to the water moon jump and also the jerk employee we happened to check in. Also I made sure that since I couldn’t go to guest services after the lost I still made sure leave my phone number with a head employee or manager by the door or main entrance on my way out. I really hope they call like they said they would. My kid is soon going to school and will need his glasses ASAP no time to go buy new ones and wait four weeks at this time. Well off we went to kayaking cus we also had booked that and since we now know that if your not there on time you won’t get your times worth, so we rushed from one side of the park to the other side of the park to make it on time guys over we’re ok till It was time to get out they came out where we were kayaking and told us that we were being dangerous and had to get out by what seemed to be a child employee maybe 14-15 years old, for stopping after a while to take a break cus kayaking is quite a work out so we put our feet in the water during all this time we of course had life jackets and at where we stopped to rest there was no steep water no more and there was a ladder rail close by to even get out Incase of flipping over. Well we definitely took it as a sign to leave so we headed over to exit this child employee was escorting us out my kids are new to kayaking so it was their first time it took them longer to get to the exit. My kids told me that she was rude all the way back since the kayak would do a 360 and point back as if it was going to head back around they told me she kept rushing them out and also saying it’s the other way all the way back to them well I would have understood this since I know kids are not always in their best behavior but by now it was already too much it overwhelmed me. Well like it that was not enough they don’t have changing rooms or showers no were in this water park so I had to change in a trailer restroom they have pretty much all over the park only. It was closing time I’m the only girl in my group so the boys were waiting out there for me so closing staff came to the restroom and knocked for me to hurry up I’m guessing meanwhile they were out there being rude to my boys telling them to exit the park already while they were just waiting for me the mom driver with the keys to change and head out so I’m my experience I know see why this park doesn’t get much attraction I would not want to go back a d spend my money here no more I did not feel comfortable or welcomed I felt ripped off and rushed all the time I payed 280$ from 4-7pm afternoon pricing. I don’t recommend this park to no one with kids unless you just feel like spending money for nothing and to feel rushed out rudely if that’s what you want then go ahead. M

Thanks! This was a property that's being turned into a subdivision. I had worked on the design, so wanted to try out the drone for a better view. For the price, it's an absolute beast! Would love to try an Air 2
