Tom is a great guy. Every interview I have seen him in has been very cool. I just wish they would give him more roles. He is much better than they give him credit for. Thanks for fun Tom!

Biff in Back to the Future II was imagined with Donald Trump in mind, per the producer or writer. or some interview I heard..

Nothing worse than walking into a place where everyone knows your out the door. Fair play to management for mitigating that. Sure you make a lot of people sweat but they find out soon enough. But it saves the poor sod whose out from suspecting anything until its done. Granted for me I was a temp in a factory and I couldnt be afforded. This is must still hit a little different. Its like saying weve seen your work and its shit, we need someone else. So makes sense they do it with tact.

For years I always wondered if Stoltz was unnecessarily thrown under the bus because Michael J Fox was just a more popular actor at the time because of Family Times but no, it sounds like he just didn't get the project and took it too seriously. He's a great actor and my favorite scene of his is in Pulp Fiction, but he's a serious actor best suited for serious movies. MJF knew how to flip back and forth from comedy to drama, having tugged on our heart strings in Family Ties, being a lovable goofy brother one minute then going through teenage angst the next.

I saw the takes with Eric and he made it a drama not a comedy, as it intended to be. I think the viewers would have gotten bored with the movie if he had stayed in the film. It would not have been a success.

I don't think Wilson gets the spotlight as much as he deserves. his "Biff's" characters kept changing throughout the trilogy and he was doing a very very good job. and for Stoltz, if they had released his version, the first film wouldn't have made it big as much as it did. his acting wasn't easy for many to root for in my opinion.

When I was young I always had trouble seeing Tom Wilson as a nice guy. lol He was such a great antagonist as Biff in his role in Back to the Future. Listening to him talk now makes me feel a little silly for harboring those feelings for so long but I also attribute these elements to his effectiveness as an actor and his dedication to his role. Still it's almost inconceivable to think of himself as anything but a kind and humble man.
