  This song is SO TIMELY for my family and I! My 13 year old sister has cancer, and Sunday I had gotten a call from my parents asking to gather all of my siblings to come and say our goodbyes… We prayed, we asked for a miracle, and here we are 5 days later and my sister has made a MIRACULOUS recovery and doctors are in AWE!

  I'd say if you're not happy with where you're at now, you can continue to do what you've been doing and continue to not be happy. The alternative is to try some new things which are also not going to make you happy, which are also going to be frustrating, which are also going to have a learning curve to them. But at the end of going through that process, there's actually a better result at the end.

  When I want my co-worker or employee to do something for me, I always replace the word I with the word company when giving out instructions. The company has these expectations, the company is expected to have these things ready for the customers, etc. It depersonalizes it and that's where a lot of the emotion and the emotional response comes from your staff.
