Ella, this is one of the BEST covers I have heard! I LOVED that you slowed it down a bit. It shows the enormous strength and control you possess. BRILLIANT interpretation of this classic. Years later and still evokes such powerful emotions. Thank you. 💕💕💕
The performance is very good, the soundtrack is excellent, it sounds very similar to the original, with all the details, the staging is excellent, congratulations, there should be more proposals of the same type with other great hits from the 80's that marked our youth so much, it's not that there aren't groups. musicals and songs that do not reach today but the music of the 80's is and will be unsurpassed. I am not saying this because we are fans of Frankie Goes to Hollywood but there is really no comparison to the music of now

I just discovered Harriet by being refereed to another Karen Carpenter want-a-be. That one who so many proclaimed to be so good, I found fell well short of the great Karen Carpenter. Now Harriet comes so close that there are only minor differences. The one thing with The Carpenters is that she had extraordinary breath control and Harriet offers us the same. Plus the pitches she can control is wonderful.

The original version of this song came on at work and I was like "dang those strings!! Like a final boss score in a video game!!" And immediately had to find a full orchestra version and this DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! GREAT adaptation for orchestra, makes it feel even more cinematic
Only thing I don’t like about this production is that Angel was no longer a drag queen. Love this version of Today 4 U but it would’ve been better if the actor was in drag. Just my opinion 🤷🏻♀️

WOW! Beautiful! I had no idea this existed until I did an online search just now trying to find an official BIR Radio Mix of "Your Loving Arms" by BRM (apparently none exists - boo!) But watching/hearing this was a pure joy! I'd pay to see a whole concert of BIR remixes performed live by an orchestra like this - wow.

In the mid-90s, fresh out of the closet and new to the dance music scene (my passion had always been Grateful Dead shows), I was on the dance floor in Atlanta and heard this remix for the first time. This wasn't something I expected to hear but Bruce Hornsby played keyboard for the Dead for a few years. Instantly my worlds merged and I felt a sense of belonging on the dance floor for the first time. I told the DJ that he changed my life and he turned out to be the beyond talented DJ Buc. We became friends and coincidentally, the last time I saw him before he passed away, the two of us went to go see one of his favorites, Steve Anderson! Thank you for this masterpiece Steve. I still get chills every time I listen to it.
