My Pre Nup states that if my fiance does anything that strains our marriage, such as entertaining other men online or in person. She gets nothing if she cheats, she gets nothing, and I will have primary custody of the kids if we have any. If we divorce because of me, she gets the house, the kids, and half of everything else. She has no right to any asset I owned before us since those assets are ones I created before her. It also outlines in the pre nup what we expect from each other, and my wife knows that she will care for all my needs and I will do the same for her that is within actual real limitations of what we can do.
