  I can't only imagine how beautiful and informative the presentation was. sir if a patient is dehydrated with AKI due to heart failure how can it be treated as I am a junior doctor I don't understand the treatment.

  When I sleep in afternoon, I feel light headed for the rest of day and also very weak.. This has happened many times and sleeping in afternoon makes things worse
