I recently started suffering from panic attacks for couple months now. I don't know what to do to stop it. But I think the best method is fighting it back. Tell your mind you're ok, nothing is wrong. You aren't going to die. Don't run from your problems. Everything will be Okay.
Had a panic attack this morning for no reason at all. I felt like I was going to die. I am staying strong. I will get through this. 🙏
My father has dementia and I’m his caretaker.. he keeps yelling like he’s possessed. Yes I get this is part is whatever dementia is, but it seems like horrible karma to me. And I’m in with his crap karma by having to be his caretaker.

This music always makes me feel about my ex gf. For about 1-2 years of my life, I would go to her place, occasionally she’d come to mine; we’d just watch movies and play with the dogs. Eat dinner. Rest and go out together. I felt like I had found a safe place w/ someone I could trust. I was wrong.
