  I started my first period cycle when I was in grade 7 and it was the first week of school when it decided to come. It took a while for my mom to realize that I had started puberty. Everything started growing at same time. So my periods were very heavy. I am so glad that I was able to get on medication to help my period complete stop. My mood swings were so bad.

  Thank you for this video your the only video that I found that used the olive oil relaxer as I did yesterday I left it in for 12 minutes and washed it out with the lil packages. But omg my shit was fried gummy as hell,🤦🏻‍♀️ so I been watching all these videos about aphogee and grate reviews but like I said you are the only video I found that did it after a relaxer like me the only deference is I just did the relaxer yesterday and I'm waiting for my aphogee to get delivered from Amazon so my hair at least has 4 days to rest with a lil oil in my hair and 4 loose brads and a head rap so my hair ain't moving as im sleeping before doing this treatment, I'm scared also but hey what other choicedo i have,,,🤷🏻‍♀️ So yeh hopefully this helps my hair, Thanks again for your video, ❤
