Why do some of the Juwel 3 models have golden circles around the keys and some don't? Did Juwel make 2 different kinds or is it custom addition? Does anyone know.

Hello thanks for this video. This is my first time using a typewriter: when I type, the ribbons do not seem to turn while typing… so the ink on the page is quite faint. Do you have any advice on how to fix this please? Have a nice day

Hello Tony! I have this this type of typewriter as well, but I have a hard time understanding why after I fixed the paper, in order not to move, the left handle wont roll the roller. If I open the right lever in order to get out the paper, the left handle will roll the roller. Can you help me, please? I do not know the terminology, so I hope you’ll understand

So it's Erika Daro, not Daro Erika? I just got a Model 41, which is bolted onto the carrying case. Came with all the original papers, some brushes for cleaning and other interesting stuff like some old but unused carbon paper.

You are pushing the carriage back from the side, which we were told to never do! Then you are pressing the handle to turn up the page. That handle is actually the carriage return handle that you press to return the carriage and it automatically turns the page up to the next line.

If there is a colour selector, then you have to switch this lever, if not, you can try to turn the ribbon upside down inside the machine. If the typewriter types on the upperpart of the ribbon, you can type in red.

You can try to turn the ribbon upside down! It depends on whether the machine uses the middle of the ribbon or the top.
