  Funny how this aged, look how successful Honda has been compared to Mclaren. Yes Honda had their issues but as soon as they got away from Mclaren, they were able to get on top of it.

  I feel the issue that McLaren forced Honda to work according to their design back then rather than working together to accommodate both ideas in making the car. Iirc, Red Bull designed their car to fit the Honda engine into the car as opposed to what McLaren did. Making the engine fit the car instead.

  1:11-the last corner before the backstraight is a challenging one. Hard to precisely brake from 280kmh and turn almost blind uphill, and to make sure u hit the tiny apex perfectly, and then to not spin out when accelerating after. This corner is very critical to master in order to get the fastest laptime, as it is before the long backstraight. Plenty of time will be lost if the corner is not perfect.

  0:12 sounds like there's a broken piston connecting rod in the engine,i think there'ssome rod knocking going on by listening to the sound

  This track is amazing!! The fast flowing flat outs, the tricky left hander uphill and the blind right hander braking before the back straight!!

  the almost blind righthander before the backstraight is quite hard to get perfect, every lap. And it is a very critical corner to get right, or u will lose plenty of time.

  Because british media made sure he looked like a villain when he was with Hamilton and the next seasons after that. Since a lot of countries receive only the british broadcast, that`s what they end up believing.

  Bar the events that unfolded in 2007, Alonso is incredibly well loved by everyone in the paddock. Brundle is a huge fan of him. Vettel and Verstappen on the other hand were far more divisive figures.
