You can't. The material is flat Schist. Flat material is much harder to process than rounded. In this case, slower is better. Yeah, he could by a larger plant, but that's easy to say from the couch. Coughing up the $$$$ is another thing.

Hi Chris ! Thanks for watching ! Running those tailings all day would probably make 3-4 grams easily. After I finished filming, I scanned those dry washer tailings with my Gold Bug 2 and found a 1.1 gram nugget the old-timers missed !! I posted it on Prospecting Buddy and my FB page. It's usually a quartz vein that breaks the surface. Gold is eroded from the host and scattered over the terrain as a placer deposit. Many of these examples are near the source.

That's what the dewatering deck is all about. It's much simpler and cheaper than building a centrifuge.

You could, however, there engineering problems. In order to build a double deck with top deck at 150 mesh, and lower deck at 400 mesh (as an example) it would weigh twice as much, thus requiring vibrators 9x more powerful to shake both decks, causing the design height of the plant to increase 15 inches, making it very impractical to feed by hand. Therefore, you would need a conveyor feeder at about $3k each. You will need a larger generator because the larger vibrator motors are now 220 volt 3 phase. Finally, a 400 mesh screen is fragile and requires additional maintenance. Like anything involving engineering, there are compromises, and the laws of physics have to be maintained. It can be done, but at what costs, and ia the unit no longer as portable ?

Thanks for the great comments, Roger ! We did sided by side comparison with Hog, Dream, Standard Hungarian riffles, and the Pickle Puss mat through an A52 river sluice. The Pickle Puss mat, which is in the Gold Rattler, blew them all away. If you watch my original Gold Rattler video of May 2022, I physically demonstrate it's high efficiency. Great product Allen! Solves the huge problem of placer mining in the dessert :) Once I get a claim, I am ordering one. As for the price, it's only 2-3 ounces of gold, then it's paid for.

Put some curtain from deck to deck. I have done that on sand and gravel plants, trying to save as much water as possible. Also, help when the wind is blowing.

This thing is insane. I’ve always wondered how to mine areas with no water and pondered ideas for water recovery but this is way beyond anything I ever dreamt up. Nice work. I gotta find somewhere to use it so I can order one.

Thanks for the great comments, Roger ! We did sided by side comparison with Hog, Dream, Standard Hungarian riffles, and the Pickle Puss mat through an A52 river sluice. The Pickle Puss mat, which is in the Gold Rattler, blew them all away. If you watch my original Gold Rattler video of May 2022, I physically demonstrate it's high efficiency. Great product Allen! Solves the huge problem of placer mining in the dessert :) Once I get a claim, I am ordering one. As for the price, it's only 2-3 ounces of gold, then it's paid for.

If you were in an area with plenty of water would you use the same pump or go larger for electric or how big if using gas?
Absolutely. I have a customer who's developing a solar generator system for it. Realistically, a 500 gallon tank at the Mine site would last a long time. 👍

Put some curtain from deck to deck. I have done that on sand and gravel plants, trying to save as much water as possible. Also, help when the wind is blowing.
