ColemanUSA

Coleman is an authentic outdoor brand with over 120 years of history. We create gear for your outdoor adventures with friends and family - where memories are made. #theoutsideiscalling

Our outdoor adventures started with a lantern and an idea. Like all great stories, that was just the beginning... We created the first portable, gas-powered lantern that illuminated the first evening football game west of the Mississippi. In WWII, our camping stoves transformed the way soldiers ate in the field. We continued to revolutionize the outdoors with our cooler manufacturing in the 1950s, and in the decades that followed we added tents, sleeping bags, lighting, and more.

Today, after 120 years, Coleman gear can be found on the trail, by the lake, at a tailgate or in the middle of a music festival. It's always around a place where there's camaraderie, coolers and campfires. So grab a tent, grill, chair and whatever else you need and join us.

The Outside is Calling. Answer it.

Do you still have a copy of the instruction manual for the tent? I got 2 extra poles I don't know what to do with as I got this tent from my cousin. I saw at the end you had 2 extra poles sitting in the tent, so maybe you ran into the same problem as me. I'm willing to pay for a scan of the instruction manual so hit me back! I sent you an e-mail as well from the email listed on your channel.

Man you really need to show every step. I have zero experience with camping and even the first step, before everything happens in the video is confusing.

Our 8-person Skylodge rain fly isn't large enough to fasten all the velcro below the pole joints. No amount of pulling allowed all of them to reach below. We ended up putting two above and two below.

New NASA super insulation that's going to be used in coolers that will allow them to thin the walls there by increasing internal space so you stuff upright a 64 oz. water jug in them.

Just found one just like this at the local dump for free. The regulator was missing but I took one off another coleman stove and I was a able to test it and it worked fine! And it looked like it hasn't been used much.

For cooking a steak, light the burner, then turn it down a one half a degree of rotation on the knob so you don't burn the steak. Whoopsie, the burner went out because you turned to low, try again. Re-light it, oh, no the steak is burning again, try to turn it down with out turning it off. Remember that you only get about 1 degree of rotation to play with between full blast and off. Good luck doing anything aside from boiling water. Sorry Coleman, your Peak1 was my backpacking mainstay through the 90s but you kept burning my steak with this one. The temperature control was so bad.

Don't order from Coleman, they won't let you cancel an order after 30 minutes, even though they haven't shipped your items in over a week. Something tells me returns won't be pleasant either if needed. Their customer support is out of the country. They aren't going to last much longer.

This tent is terrible quality and weak structurally. Poles break and snap like toothpicks. It definitely doesn't hold up in the rain. Ask me how it left me stranded in the woods this weekend for 2 days after it collapsed. 😡
