Do not use nail polish remover it turns the white rubber yellow!! I tried it and my Balenciagas are ruined, white rubber is completely yellow now.

I used a Mr. Clean magic eraser with some dr bronner peppermint soap to get scuff out of mines, works like a charm!

I’m so mad. I ordered a size 9. They kept falling off my foot when I was walking and now I have blisters. What is up with that? Is there a way to stretch them out? Cause I am not happy

Thanks for saying “systemic” and not “systematic” - you wouldn’t believe how many videos have I watched where the girls said it incorrectly - which I found very weird (and annoying), cause it’s part of the message that is literally written on the bag! ;p Also, I think that Brandon Blackwood’s quality of the ESR totes has increased so, so much! The new ones are so good! I have two and I love them a lot. And the quality is really good too. I have other BB bags as well, so you can tell the ESR totes are the cheaper range, but they are still super worth the price, I’d say.

The shoes still look great .. I’m so confused! Who see’s the inside of the shoe? And the wear on the soles is normal.

@Essita Hi! If they are still too big, you could try to put the insole (footbed) inside. It usually works. And if you are fed up of cleaning them, you could try to dye the sole in black with special shoe paint. Good luck! 👍🏼

I think if you want less creases you can make sure your laces are not too tights up front between the first 2 holes. For the laces, you can wash them with a bit of bleach and warm water to get them white again.

You’ve clearly never bought expensive shoes with leather bottoms. No matter the quality, leather soles will ALWAYS do that. You’re walking on leather. I don’t wear any of my designer shoes with leather soles without taking them to the cobbler first to have the bottoms protected. And do your feet sweat a lot? Because if they do you they will remove the logo imprint regardless of quality.

Omg you’re a lifesaver!!! I’ve been contemplating getting these for a while and was exactly about to purchase them until I saw this review. I have a collection of designer sandals and slides but with the state of the market, in regard to inflation and the uptick in prices of everything, I’m scaling back on buying super-overpriced items like these. They look gorgeous but are certainly not worth the money.

I have them and I use to wear them two days in a row and the « Christian Dior Paris » is still in place It didn’t move a bit. Mine are as good as new, good quality and comfortable. My experience is so different than yours, probably a default of yours…
