Self possession relies on individualism which is an illusion! There is no YOU, you are always changing and you are merely a product of your environment, which is also always changing. Neuroscience has made revolutionary discoveries on this, breaking down the idea of an isolated person. Neuroplasticity for example is a proven phenomenon where your brain adapts to the environment around you. It is happening NOW in YOU. So who are you? None of you ever stays the same, not even the atoms that comprise your body: they change entirely every 7 years! You are a product of your parents, siblings, teachers, nutrition, genetics, socioeconomic background, traumas and other isolated events and so on for infinity. You do NOT own yourself, because there is no YOURSELF. You are purely dependent on everything else. Bear in mind this applies to everyone, so people are dependent on you as well. Society and life itself is therefore a network of dependences. How can you see this and argue so strongly in favour of personal economic rights? Libertarianism relies on the idea of the individual. And while the 'individual' seems concrete it is actually extremely vague, flawed, with blurred lines. This, to me, is the biggest flaw at the FOUNDATION of libertarianism. Hume's bundle theory, look it up.
Nozik's just distribution is good in theory but it is not met. People do not go into economic transactions with perfect information, in fact the rich typically have more information than the poor. This may have been acquired through expensive education, or insider knowledge, or more experience of economic transactions in general. So how, then, can a transaction here be fair? It isn't. The rich man knows more, and so his money isn't acquired 'fairly'. So while, in theory, the premises work, I think the premises, in real life, are very rarely met. Bill Gates's prestigious Harvard education gives him an advantage over 99% of the proles.

I think considering the Legal Requirements of a Person's Actions are very important and leave the judgement up to the Laywers and/or Magistrates who believe they know all. Eventually one person's actions will be ajudicated by Tribunal and someone will be paid for the damages.

I am an orphan. I cannot believe that people on the boat came up with such an idea. I would probably go with the flow with the positive mind set. Under those situations, working together, the healthy state of mind and selflessness would go a long way than trying to outsmart others out of fear. This is not about what happened but who they are. Those people,who are narcissists, do those things whenever wherever. This is a pure murder. There isn't one reason to justify killing people under any circumstances including wars.

Feelers (generally those who use social norms and considerations to feed their insulted ego). For example they may think to show that they are 'bosses', delegation of work and doing less work one's self is who a 'boss' is. This sort of thinking is generally seen among lower income, uneducated, less better looking male/female who are missing something such as height or the desired skin tone. So then getting a golf tournament to allow him to be the 'boss' of what should be considered the leisure part of the game is a win for him. He may be helping to make golf carts accessible to all. Or he may be feared for causing harm, from him and his association, because if they decide he should play in a group that is better fit for his disability that gives him a more equal opportunity to preserving his honor of integrity that he actually won the game on merit and not charity.
The fundamental issue is that everyone/body wants the penthouse lifestyle, now they have to decide who are the people and things that can get them there. Were they given the authority and control to steer the ship towards the Penthouse lifestyle and do they know who and what they can use to get there.
It also creates this sort of housewife effect at work for lower income people and people whose look in reality would keep them lower income if that's how money is allocated, where everything is paid for and the amount/volume doesn't matter, especially when the other side of society is getting this treatment and don't have to come up with scheme to give them permission to be a housewife at work.
