Jack of All Trades, pretty good at some of them!
Through this channel I will share projects I have done and will be doing. These projects range from deisel truck repairs, motorcycle repairs,, car repairs, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and electrical. Also farming and animal husbandry. Told ya it was almost everything! I'm always looking for help and advise on prjwcts as well so this will hopefully be an interactive channel.

You didn’t even shows how to do it all you did was point
Thank you for sharing this gem.
Do you use an auxiliary brake with this setup?
We also text vehicle before we disconnect the battery. However when we place from drive to reverse we do get “grinding “ noise. I don’t think this is good for transmission/transfer case. Is it safe to say that this “extra” test is not necessary?
Can you hear the sound of a small spring when the suspension is in operation? I have this on my Tiger and I'm not sure if it's normal.
The best video to show you nothing about removing or replacing the AC compressor. Already removed when the video starts and never puts in the new one.
It had a dip stick... now I feel like one as I've been looking for a sight glass... thanks for the info
To make it easier loosen the lower ball joint and take out shock bolt then you can lift the hub with the upper ball joint out of the way and get the cv out much easier that way and no real struggle compared to taking each ball joint nuts off.
Is there any hack to just forcing the air go out dash/face vents only? Mine is only blowing out floor and defrost vents. I don't think i have ability to remove everything you did to replace it. But if there's a way to rig it to only go out dash vents I'd appreciate any feedback or tips. Thank you.
THANK YOU! i got a Nissan titan I thought there were only two actuators .....no I got to look!
Good video! Only thing is that .05-.07 is a huge difference between .005-.007!
After reconnecting battery the horn goes off . Turned off with key fob but when door was opened horn goes off again. How do you make it not do that?
Great attempt but I thought it was odd that someone asked you to adjust the timing and you had no idea how to do it,so you checked you tube..
There is a hole behind the flywheel. Actually its just above the flywheel that you can get to that bottom starter bolt with your long allen socket.
You can buy the gasket from the dealership. To change the filter, you have to replace the valve body (straight from the dealer).
Thank you so much Mike!
What were the torque specs for thise bolts or did you just tighten and give it the qtr inch bump??
I thought this was a how to video. You showed what you did, but not how. You know, like the actual action of removing the jets
Thanks for the video. In your video you mentioned there are 2 blend actuators on the driver side. You discussed the vent actuator that does the hot / cold air mix. There is another blend door by the accelerator pedal. Can you explain what function for that blend door actuator?
Thank you this is going to help me so much now that I watched your video your awesome
Suck out the tranny fluid from the dip stick. Measure and replacd with 100% synthetic quality fluid. Consider amsoil 75w110 for rear diff.. if it doesng have a drain plug suck out from fill plug..
Before you fired this beast, why not put wd40 in cylinders if it hasn't been running for some time 🤔 I cannot believe you didn't change the fuel didn't you say it hadn't been running for some time?? I am looking for the put back together,. 🙄namely the adjustment back to the original for the float and or other, as I know I have messed around with adjustments and not sure where to set it.. Could have been a much more informative video...
Wow.... Just remove extra links ....

Hello, Are you interested in testing our products? We would like to invite you to test the Air Vent Windshield for your 2010 RZR 800S
Hey buddy, jack it up the front, as the wheels dropped lower, the cross bar will be out of the oil way.
I think you have the crank seal inside out 😐
Any updates or vids on how the bags performed under heavy tow loads?
Do not use crescent wrench to pincher for grip.. is will crack the ones made of plastic.. be sure the wrench grips the body of the housing.,
a Toyota tech had mention draining from spout is unnecessary video title >> TOYOTA OWNERS! PLEASE Don't Make These Mistakes With Oil Filters!
The W Stand for winter. Not weight.
Never mind I guess I will be out of A/C for the 2nd summer in Georgia.
Biofilm. Check on the Internet or read my books. It's all over our skin as well, which is why I take hot baths with Epsom salts, baking soda and Borax.
I see the same type of thing often, like multiple times per month here where I live. I'm in Illinois - USA
Looks like he got the wrong bars. Maybe they are for a long bed and not a short bed? I just looked them up on summit. Says 8 bed fitment. Seems like a lot of work to make them fit to me.
Você está certo. A Lua, o Sol e Vênus estão aqui dentro do domo. Veja o Canal Yeshua e Canal Relógio do Criador.
Thank the lord for this video my grandpa and I spent an hour trying to figure out why his 2024 wouldn’t stop engaging the parking brake thank you KZread
Thank you
If you disconnect batteries, the truck will still run. Do you leave transmission in N and just shut truck off ? I went to 3 GMC dealerships and not 1 of them knew how to flat tow. I shredded 1 transmission so far and i dont want to do another. I will try what you said here and see what happens.
Pull the negative off the battery and then shut off the truck. It will not shift to park or engage the parking brake
Good work. These little duramaxs are beasts and changing oil on them is a breeze. An old mechanic taught me to fill the filter with fresh oil. Daves auto center has some good videos on why he does it.
Where did you put the small bracket on the back?I see the one end goes on the step itself where’s the other end bolt to ?
was wondering the samething.
For the step?? I had to drill the frame in the rear for the bracket. There isn’t a stock mounting point on the K-10s as described in the instructions. Front mounts to the cab bushing bolt.
@@mikesmachines9394 we get that...we are talking about the supporting bracket in the rear. Looks like you didn't attch the other end...One end is attached to the bracket holding the bar...the other end , from your picture, the other end isn't attached to anything..
2005 90 polaris predator.got it wet and wouldn't start after that and kick start wouldn't work either it was sized Bought new starter and starter solenoid and battery and still nothing. Not sure what to do next
You’ll have to try and move the front sprocket to get it unstuck. It’s easier on bikes or quads that have manual transmissions. Just put it in 1st and push till it brakes free. Obviously this is for an engine that was working fine and not seized due to sitting out for years and/or engine overheat and the piston melting or some such thing.
You know first oil change etc is free
Super helpful video! I Just bought a cheapie 2003 for my kid that has seen a lot of use. Seller said it just needed a new battery and all else worked fine. However, when I put in a new battery, no electric whatsoever. Doesnt even show the ignition light. Any idea of the best place to start to trouble shoot the electric issue? What would you suggest for first step before I dig too far into it?
Do you have spark? Need 3 things to run fuel, spark, air. If no spark and no lights I would start with harness and wires and work from there
@@mikesmachines9394 Thanks for the response! It's running with the kickstart after cleaning carb, petcock and fuel line. Going to dig into your suggestion above. The relay was super oxidized so I have a part on its way. Will update once I get into it.
Thanks for the video. FWIW, I’ve had bad experience with antiseize and plugs, namely contamination from the metallic elements that caused some serious misfires. Now I just use conventional grease. Wonder if you’ve ever had similar issues?
I put just a dab on the threads and let it distribute itself up the threads as I tighten them in. You just need a small amount and keep it away from the electrode. I have had no issues and been using it for many years.
Have a 2021 Escalade with the blue ox plate but can’t seem to put transfer case in neutral would you have any idea how I’m able to put transfer case in N. Have Been looking everywhere no videos or anything
Sorry no experience with escaldes. Is it the 10 speed Allison transmission??
Thanks mike
1. Start the truck and apply parking brake 2. Put in neutral 3. Put transfer case in neutral 4. Release parking brake and shift to drive and reverse to test that transfer case is in neutral. Should not go anywhere! 5. Put transmission in park. 6. Release parking break. 7. Turn off truck. 8. WITHOUT foot on brake, press engine start button for 3 secs. 9. Make sure parking brake light is OFF and steering wheel is free! 10. GET OUT OF TRUCK AND REMOVE NEGATIVE BATT CABLE. You are ready to roll!
more square body content please Mike! -Nick in Prescott, AZ
