This Channel is dedicated to my love of Tai Chi Chuan. I am a practitioner of the Wu Style of Tai Chi from Shanghai. I will publish videos on the syllabus and practitioners of this system in particular, but also have much appreciation for the other styles of Tai Chi Chuan as well as other soft or Internal Arts.
