    I love how you used the back lighting behind the flags to create those shadows that was a really great visual effect. 👏🏻

    Hi.. thanks for the video. May I ask how big is the pole? Thanks so much. I'm planning to make my own flag..❤

    The standard for colorguard is a 6 foot pole. I bought mine of Amazon recently.

    @@PaulScript thanks so much. How about the diameter of the pole? Is it 3/4 inches?

  • @PaulScript
    @PaulScript6 ай бұрын

    @@aronisraelpinon908 the standard pole sold by most colorguard companies is 1 inch, but in some cases, I've seen colorguards spin thinner poles or special material poles.

    He said sabers are less prone to breaking since they’re made of metal, but I suggest taping your saber if you’re spinning indoors. Dropping on hard surfaces shocks the metal and greatly weakens it, but tape helps absorb the shock of the impact so that it lasts longer.

    Catching in the meat of your palms! Not the fingers or the crease where your fingers connect your palm. Also just really getting used to your gloves. The more you spin, you’ll naturally develop technique that is not PAINFUL, and understand timing on when to catch and how to spin without hurting yourself 😂

    My favorite guard show, being 38 years old I have found the link but it gets taken down very often and I’m not sure why. It’s from WGCI in Dayton Ohio and anytime somebody asked me what is Wintergard I pull out my VHS, yes I said that, and I put it on surroundsound and then the next thing I know an hour later we’re finishing 80s and 90s and early 2000s WGCI finalists. All this just for searching Wintergard reactions I’m so glad I found your channel and I hope you are doing well

    I have a rifle from 2002 the year I graduated high school, sitting in my shed and after the car accident I was never able to quite grasp it because my brain doesn’t work the way my body wants to so it makes me miss flag.

    I discovered you on the channel Hey it’s Peter while I was googling Wintergard reaction videos and I saw your entry video! I have had trauma and spinal damage and I wanted to get out of my chair and dance! And then it was mentioned that you also are from Orlando Florida, you have made my day I’m so happy to find your channel! Sending love to you and yours

    usually if ur under 5'6" spin 36" if ur 5'6"-5'11" usually use 37.5 and anything over 6ft spin 39, but a lot of teams use all 37.5 because it all matches and is a decent middle ground
