Trading without any indicators is gonna blow you up. Patterns for sure is an absolute when it comes to confirmations but you need more than just one confirmation to execute a ton of trades a day

You’re right! The current market might give opportunities to maximize profit within a short term, but in order to execute such strategy , you must be a skilled practitioner.

His stochastic says 14,3. Mine has 3 numbers. 7,14,3. Do I need to change the 7?
He uses fast stochastic indicator and makes the %k plot transparent so that only the %D plot shows.
@@davidste60 thank you for much. My D period is 3 and my K period is 14 by default. Although on Ninjatrader 8 platform it lists them in Period D first and then K. So it reads “fast stochastics 3,14. Seems like it’s backwards as his charts read 14,3. Just making sure I set it up where I only see the 3? Sorry to be so weird. New to all of this. 🙏
@@ericmyers2532 - I don't use Ninjatrader so I don't know about it's indicators but as far as I know the 3 is always the D period. You will see if you make one of them disappear, the remaining one should be the one that looks smoother because the D is an average of the 3 most recent values of K.
@@ericmyers2532 Yes the D is the average of the 3 most recent K values, so it should look smoother than the K. If you change the color of the K plot to the background color then you should only see the smoother of the two lines, which is the D plot. I hope that helps.
