I'm wondering if it's possible to share a typical week studying in KMMS? I just got an offer for 2025 entry and I overheard some people saying that you could live in London and only going to campus for pratical sessions which are all on firday and doing the rest lectures online at home for the rest of the weeks. Is the doable and reaslitic for the first few years at least? Only reason I am thinking this is the financial benefit I can get from living with family 😅

I'm a psychology teacher. On the one hand hearing some of your comments about your lessons and "copying off the board" is very disparaging and honestly heart breaking (I hope my students don't think this!). On the other hand, some of your ideas are very useful and transferable - thanks for sharing your revision ideas.

@SonyTene16 ай бұрын
Hello Zain, yh it is just very difficult. They use the entrance exams such a big filter in medicine. They're not even good predictors of perfoemance on the corse but i guess they need something to split the 10s of thousands of applicants. So in circumstances like mine i had to shoot for universities who had less of a filter in that category of the apllication process.

@Sony Tene, great video and great advice. I would like your help in science if you dont mind. Im sitting my first exam (Biology) in exactly 19 days and Im currently trying to cover all the content while making my own flashcards on ANKI (which I go through every day for memorisation). However, so many people say now is not the time to be making flashcards and it got me deciding between whether to make my own flashcards (which helps me a lot) or use pre-made ones such as the PMT ones/ Blurt from CGP books. Please explain to me the thing I should be doing in order to cover & memorise the content fast and have enough time to practice to get a grade 7-9. Thank you in advance!
@SonyTene1 Жыл бұрын
hey sorry for the late reply - I think you should use everything - use the pre-made flashcards on PMT as it probably covers all of the syllabus as well as the annoying things that come up as 1 marker - make sure to do past paper questions / mock exams and then make flashcards from the questions you get wrong - use the CGP books as question sources and as a way to learn the topics you are weakest on - lastly use PMT topic-specific question packs on your weak topics until you can get most of the questions right I'm sure if you put your all into it you can get a result you'll be proud of
