  I followed the instructions carefully and deleted the files specified for the free version. Qcad now does not open.

  Thanks for posting this vid. Many folding knife makers use qcad to design folding knife components. For a complete novice to cad this proves to be a VERY steep learning curve. A video that demonstrates how to design a folding knife would be VERY useful. Especially starting wit a slipjoint knife’s 3 components. the blade, backspring and liner. most importantly the blade should be able to rotate correctly. Thanks again. !
