Thai CookBook TV is an excellent resource for people wanting to learn how to make delicious Thai foods. We do not feature pretty celebrity chefs, and do not waste your time with a lot of small talk that has nothing to do with cooking. Watch our detailed videos and you can learn to cook authentic Thai dishes the way we make them here at our family-style restaurant in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Each cooking video recipe has been carefully edited to show you exactly what to do, and how to do it in your western-style kitchen at home, so your Thai meal tastes exactly the way it should. I followed this recipe a few years ago and I was amazed that I managed to make the dish and it instantly reminded me of my Thai time Like others here, I ate this everyday in Thailand. Quite hard to find Thai basil in Scotland but it's always worth it when I make the effort. Cooking this tonight again. Thanks Chef.
Made that mistake using wrong basil in krapow.
