My old group of "friends" gradually started hating on me every time I achieved something. We've been friends for years, and I genuinely think it wasn't even anybdy's fault. We might have just grown out each other. But I'm not even at my best. I just took life more seriously, I lost weight, got my driving licence, a job and receive princess treatment from a cute guy. That was enough to receive messages full of insults out of the blue. Accusing me of rumors they spread first, and generally saying I was an egoist and was putting people in bad light.
I have a strange relationship with my sister because we didn’t grow up close due to a 6 year age gap and living a long time in different countries but recently we went out and we went to a dance club. She brought me near a man who had chatted her up earlier that night who I had no interest in and sort of matched us up like I’d not just gone there for a dance and good laugh. she like she stood to the side and set us up for a kiss we had been drinking which I rarely do. Afterwards I had kissed him i regretted it I felt so trashy and she didn’t try and kiss anyone but she made it her mission for me too with this one particular guy and I thought it was weird afterwards. I fwlt like she enjoyed controlling my actions?? Don’t get me wrong I love my sister but some times her actions seem like they don’t match a person with pure intentions like why is having me kiss a guy on her agenda ? . That and I have kids and she doesn’t and she keeps saying I need to get a full time job sometimes it seem sincere and other times it’s like she’s saying I know what’s best for you and you don’t. I just don’t like controlling behaviour in anyone. It creeps me out. I think sometimes it is a level of envy and that’s why she seeks to control me. She’s made me feel terrible a few times this year. Once for not having my children baptised and ganging up on me with my mother. I don’t know if it’s just bc she’s not used to her younger sister being a full grown woman or if it’s something more deep seated and not good

I hear someone say “you can’t be friends with the girl who wants to be you”, I once sent my friend how many miles I did working out and how proud I was of myself. She left me on read 😂 we drifted apart and don’t speak anymore, recently I posted my miles on my story and weeks after that she posted hers and made sure to do .3 more than me, this is when I decided to mute her for good 😅 at one point she even went online and picked out nearly the same exact jeep I used to have same color and everything 😭 I have so many stories 😂

My brother is like 6ft and im near his height 🤦🏾♀️ according to the doctor im 5'7, people always say im a supermodel but im still insecure 💀 but it's affecting me in a bad way and the people around me so ima change its just when someone calls me tall i feel like a man 😂 and then you have shorter women tryna tell you to get over it when they can't relate 🙄and my brother goes "you're tall" but in reality it offends me , why am I like this 😔makes me so sad sometimes

Same experience as a 5’9 girl, lighterkskin girls or even shorter females that you aren’t supposed to attract males at all. They see you as masculine and unattractive. It’s very😢 weird. I’m surprised that this even still happening as I’m 10 years older than you .
Yeah I agree. I feel like biracial or mixed ppl don’t understand that their experience is unique and that our experiences are are different from thiers. It’s okay to be different. What brings us together is our similarities. But we are all unique.

This can happen in reverse as well if they see something in you that you can't see yet.. I've had friends in the past who had MORE than me but were still jealous of me because I had intangible qualities that they felt like they lacked. It's not always the friend who's doing better financially who gets hated on.🤷🏽♀️
Thank you for speaking all facts idk what going on in the world of hair everyone want to have Hollywood prices Not even Licensed don’t wash your hair and have a brunch of rules like WTH then it for everything not just braids like the wigs it’s a wing you just putting on anyway I agree but I do think out of all the styles braids out of any should cost the most because of the time but they have went over and behind with these mortgage and rent prices especially with out a license.
Old friends are worse than your new friends because the old one's seen your growth and you passed them the new friends only see what you are right now they'll either be glad for you and step their game up or they'll be jealous of you.

I told someone about something that I was doing and succeeding in and how people was liking it and this person that's told me about some body else that he knows that's doing the same thing instead of congratulaing me before they give you your credit they'll rather give it to somebody else these people ain't no good and that's the very reason you don't need to be with them.
