    Where does the small oring go on the fuel swirl filter? Do you have a link for the aluminum replacement bowl?

    I don't have the link, but the swirl filter is sold on ebay, or the LTR450hq group on FB has the guys that make them. I think the small or ring is for the tube that the filter slips onto.

    Man i have a 06 stock ! And i have a problem with it it's driving me crazy ! I pretty much upgraded the entire fuel system and still doing the same ! Starts fine , idles perfect , but soon i start rev in up stalls ! Again every else checks out good ! Gas pressure and new injector ! Tou think is the choke mechanism is the only part I've have not worked on it and is deleted all ready but the cheap way, not whit the block off nut ! Any advice for me ! Thanks! By the way that LTR of your's is 🔥🔥🔥

    I would check to make sure the high idle spot is sealed good. You might wanna throw a meter on your stator and see if anything weird is going on there.

    So if I have a 2005 I can put a newer tank on if I just have the heat shield to go with it?

    If I remember correctly it's the tank, heat shield and mounting brackets. You could check the oem part numbers on the brackets to be sure.

    Did you sand blast it before hand or did you use a chemical tank?

    We sand blast all the frames, we don't have a big enough chemical tank. Smaller parts we dip then bead blast afterwards, then apply power.

    I got one of these to fix up and cant seem to find much info, I really need rear axle bearings.. any idea?

    I took them out and measured all the sizes, I was able to find bearings that way off Amazon by searching the size, not by machine model. Most all the parts have to be searched by sizes on these Chinese machines. We've actually rebuilt the heads with new valves and put new pistons and cylinders on these machine by using part measurements. Hope that helps a bit!

    I just looked through my orders. We used 40x52x7 and used 2 on each side. That made it slightly wider than before but due to how that setup is, it has no problem functioning. You'll have a small gap on each side where you adjust.

    Those brute forces are actually really fast machines. I think you'd have a lot of fun with it once you get it rebuilt. Especially if it's got an exhaust and pepped up a little bit even above stock. Of course this video was from Thanksgiving so you could have it rebuilt by now already for all I know 😂

    It's not built yet. We have multiple projects goin on right now. I think it'll be plenty quick for what we wanna use it for. It's no 1000cc but 750 pretty decent.

    Round tube that I bored to size and then milled it across to cut it open.

    Why did people swap to a 08 gas tank ?

    In 08 they changed the tank so it has a cover, before that the tank was black and you'd have like red plastic but still a black tank

    Yeah we are excited too. Kristy blasted it and it took about 2 hrs because of the hard to reach spots inside.

    They are pretty rough to start but they're complete. All the mechanical parts are insane expensive.

    Yes it does, you'll need an o8 tank and the plastic guard underneath it. No frame modifications though.

    This was at little sahara in Waynoka, Oklahoma. This was the annual 250r meet up weekend. Anyone in attendance was able to enter all the events. We have been to this event a few years now and this was the first time they have done a poker run, hopefully not the last.

    Place looks like a good time! The trails has some good flowy sections that would be a blast! Riding at night seems stressful though....

    Night riding is fun there. The trails are fast and do flow, it's fun hitting 4th gear sometimes through the trees.

    Hey I’m going to be doing this swap for my boy this winter. What kicker did you have to use? It almost looks like a banshee kicker. Also where did you order the front sprocket from?

    I think the kicker we settled with is a Honda cr250, like an 88 cr250. We tried a few different ones. And the front sprocket I ended up making myself. I ordered one but it took 6 months and he said they were not making sprockets anymore.

    Add a 5 gallon bucket to your tool set. Place the beadlock wheel on top of it, lube the rear bead, and push the rear of the tire down over the front lip. Then properly torque the bolts to hold the ring on. If needed, lube the rear bead up again. Remove the valve stem core, and push down on the front of the tire while inflating it to help push the rear bead closer to the rear edge of the wheel. Really easy method of mounting tires on beadlocks. I just did this last weekend with the new 35" tires I'm installing on my RS1.

    bro my ltr always has something going on with the Fuel system :D !!! I have a similar guage setup for the pressure test, BUT that 9v box setup is LEGITTTTTT - you ever figure anything out with the high pressure FPR?

    Thanks man! What do you mean figure it out with the regulator, it is doing what it's intended to do. I did drop a percentage on my map on the upper end to compensate. I plan to do a couple mods this winter and get another dyno tune.

    Yeah it feels so much better, I can tell it's still towards the rich side but nowhere near as much. I feel safe with it where it is now without going lean. Its probably much closer to perfect than a cheap 3 button programmer would get it to be honest.

    how did that work out for you? I wonder if welding a bead on the shifter so it can't stick out to the right giving the fact you have a retainer bracket, where did you get that bracket ? i look everywhere on the diagrams and I don't see it , and my bike doesn't have it on

    My machine shifts better now than it ever has. Much better click feel while shifting. The shift pin bracket I have is an older model KMS brand, it has since been updated to a one piece part which is much better. If that pin gets loose then it won't want to shift either due to excessive play.

    Thanks man, that's still my factory injector from 06 when I bought the machine. The plug is a Honda s2000 injector plug off Amazon, wired to a 9v battery box also off Amazon. I don't have a link to the parts though, sorry.

    @THATLTRFOUR50 I was going to buy a backup from five o but couldn't get exact numbers compared to stock. Ended up getting a factory backup. I am dyno tuned, if the injector has different flow I'd need to go tune again which was 300 and 5hr drive one way. Did that twice while adding new mods.

    @@SeanMooreFilms yes they have a factory spec with minimal mods that’s closest to factory with a little humfff One I have! I was considering tuning mine I have cherry bomb full rossier r5 exhaust k&n intake not sure if needed tho And they have others with heavier supporting mods cams etc…

    @THATLTRFOUR50 that factory spec will handle an all out build no problem. Next step up would be nice for like an e85 tune or a crazy big bore build. A tune will wake the machine up but if your even considering more mods I'd wait.

    @SeanMooreFilms I was thinking of doing a glossy zinc yellow ( frame, AArms, swingarm, nerfs, front, rear, bumper) and keeping my white plastics. Motor is semi gloss black along with the spindles and hubs. The stage 4 elka have the anodized red along with the elka rear link. I'm not good with picking colors 😕 😒 What do you think? Already have a powder coat person picked out and have the bike down to the frame. I'm de greasing everything now then sandblasting and waiting on parts of coarse. Factory 43 has the lava Grey I see 👀 That has me second guessing lol.

    @dudeinshorefishing6829 that yellow would look great. I think that in like a satin finish so it keeps that anodized look would be a nice contrast against the gloss black.

    @SeanMooreFilms actually I'm ordering the lava gray factory 43!!! The banshee will be all lava with semi black hubs and shocks anodized red. Most banchees are blue, red, black, silver, green, purple, yellow lol 😆 😂 My banchee is going to be different. The lava gray is classy

This lava gray is much classier than Silver. I just ordered fireball minus 1 swingarm and long travel A ARMS. I need to order that factory 43 nerfbar today lol.

    @SeanMooreFilms I'm researching now. They are not cheap. Lol. But they have them for the banshee and it looks like better design then what I have now. Footpegs are much bigger, lower, and moved back further on the frame compared to the nerfbars I have now. Will be worth the investment. Thanks dude I'm liking the channel
