Not only the fact most perfect swings are line drive outs but the amount of foul balls in slightly early swings is overwhelming

That's literally my least favorite part of the game this year its so annoying.

One of the most difficult swings for me to time is Matt Olson. He plants his foot on the release and not when the ball approaches 😩

Way more last second control on analog and it takes more skill. You can pitch out at the last minute or adjust your pitch. I'm doing quite well on analog.

Yeah. Pitching mixes are a ? For me.....does it even matter what i start the sequence off with ? Idk.
@babyyackk1724 күн бұрын
Technically no it doesn’t matter what you start a sequence with at all, I typically like to throw something I know majority of the time I can get a strike or weak contact to start an at bat.. you always want to be ahead, when you get behind is when you start to give up tanks and make bad decisions. Whatever your opponent gives you is what you take, for instance if they swing and miss a lot on the outside slider and you know you can get a strike or a weak swing most of the time, start your sequence with that, then when he picks up on it switch it up. It’s just something you have to get a feel for

Nbr 1 reason is stop playing on TV and use a 1ms monitor i was hitting terrible then i switched to monitor and my hitting improved drastically, I even bought a new 1ms 120Hz TV now and it's a day/night difference my old TV had like 20ms i feel now. Refresh rate is EVERYTHING in this game

Thank you so much for your explaining and actually showing what you're doing on the controller to make what happens happen in the gameplay. I can't tell you how much that helps me personally to understand and learn. So many times on I find myself screaming at youtube. Saying WHAT ARE YIU DOING ON THE CONTROLLER TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN!?? And Might I add that I'm in my forties and vary new to gameing. Hahah. But as a proud middle-aged veteran of a foreign war with ADHD for me there is no better way to teach or instruct then with visual aids deminstration and explanation in real time of what and how you are doing what you are doing and how and why it workes. And REPETITIVE REPETITION IS KEY KEY KEY BABY! Reflexive fire as I would say. You are a great instructor, man. Keep up the great continent. I appreciate you. I'll be checking out more of your stuff for sure.

bro I struggle so much with being able to identify which pitch type is being thrown until its tool late. Like I keep getting late-very late on fastballs whilst even playing offline. Its my first mlb the show ever so idk if that comes into play
@babyyackk172 ай бұрын
Rest assured that the pitch recognition WILL come with time. The show is a game that ZERO people pick up for the first time and are good at it, it took me a year or so before I even became somewhat competitive. And without a doubt pitch recognition and timing is the hardest mechanic in the game, don’t beat yourself up about it !
