  9:36 is kind of funny for this specific example because in general for KOF as a series level 1 supers are oftentimes NOT invincible and therefore not good as reversals. Shen just happens to be one of the characters that actually does have a fully invincible level 1 super that's fairly usable as a reversal so it worked out.

  Other people: 15 second block strings Me(using gio): dash 5k, tick throw or dash 5k, 5k or dash 5k 2s, or dash grab, then using complete block strings to reset the pressure only so that they don't see the incomplete block string into dash grab🤡 But I'm new and getting in to begin this evil is rough. Just need to learn half health combos, rc stuff and match ups

  This is extremely useful for me especially since I recently picked up ggst as my first 2d fighter (I played tekken but it just doesn't translate well) and was super interested in zato. I find negative edge really difficult right now but I'm playing on default pad. I find using setplays and learning certain combos and mixups suplement the lack of technical skill I haven't built up yet pretty well overall I love this character very unique very dynamic kinda wish he wasn't nerfed so hard lol.

  You missed Riot Stomp. It's a move no one really uses and it's reactable, but because no one uses it, it sometimes works out... sometimes. You also missed one of the best things about Dragon Install. When you're in that mode you gain access to an air command throw. You can use it right before Dragon Install is about to run out and actually make yourself safe! Under the condition that your combo goes high enough into the air but still it's neat. I've seen a couple Sol's in tournament actually use the command grab to close out rounds! Honestly I'm just nitpicking a little, the guide is a great starting point to playing Sol!

  But you do need combos. The better combos you have, the more damage you'll deal. The more damage you deal, the fewer openings you need to find per round, the easier your time will be.

  I know this video is 2 years old but my god man, these videos are so good. They flow well, you have great presence and charisma and real interesting ways to communicate ideas. I genuinely but some of these videos on loop just so I really take the lessons to heart but I never have issue since overall the vids are so good.

  I myself started playing Melty and fighting games in general by just playing trough the story mode on the lowest difficulty, you eventually come up naturally with ways to make fights shorter and more stylish, and then you get up getting better at the game, and eventually you can fight level 5 ai no problem
