@@WiecznieNieNasycony 1) it's impossible to "be ready for what you are not ready for" 2) the way I do good mornings takes my back/hips through at least the ROM they go through when I deadlift so it's nothing at all like a half rep bench press

Blesses ^_^ I think mine has a little bit of inconsistency in my shin angle depending on how tight my hips are but otherwise it feels good :) and yesssssss not long now :D

look at your shin angle while on box, do u think it would be stronger straight up and down?

off the box im probably stronger shins slightly in cos i can drive outwards then. not sure how much that is going to transfer to a free squat though. i'll give it a shot moving it in :) though i think the right is always going to be funny cos all the ligaments are stretched in the outside of my ankle
