The game was aight, nothing special aside from the art direction tbh. This grittier version of the game looks miles better.
Never even knew there were alternate scenes. The Tifa one just seemd to fit so well at this point in the narrative I thought it had to be the normal one.
People forget that Tifa isn't just some eco warrior but she is also a business owner and to lose everything just like that was just crushing

So for datacube 12, ability circuit, I definitely don’t have it as I’ve referenced my databank for consumables/artifacts and it isn’t there, but when I go to the pedestal at the top of that room, a consumable is there instead. Is there a chance you can roll the right room but the wrong cube spawn somehow? I figured if you get the right room gen the cube will be there, but it seems that isn’t necessarily the case? I also have been through that times room with leeching nanoswarm something like 100+ times. There has never been a datacube there, and I don’t have that artifact/consumable in my databank either. Hoping this isn’t a bug so I’m just fucked lol
No matter how much you hate lou2, let's be real we wouldn't hate Abby as much if she killed dina and we went there for revenge, but killing Joel oufff everyone was as pissed as Ellie. Ofc I get playing as Abby is annoying but the story keeps it interesting enough to complete her play through and the gameplay music every thing is just wow

I'm so glad I waited a while for the game to be complete and have major bug fixes, because Keanu's performance was fucking phenomenal in Cyberpunk. Going to buy Phantom Liberty soon because I need more Johnny Silverhand. If any of you have been hesitant to play it, now is the time. The game is in an amazing state and once Night City has you... You belong to it forever.
All these scenes really foreshadowed a lot for rebirth...

I never knew up till now that the Chapter 14 section had three different options. I knew that the Tifa and Aerith scenes existed. But, not having played the game, I figured it was one scene then the other, given the fact that you're asleep when you talk to Aerith. Speaking of, when Aerith says, "You can't fall in love with me", I saw it as meaning one of two possible things: 1) Aerith warning Cloud not to falli in love with her so as to avoid missing her when she dies. 2) Aerith knows Cloud has Zack's memories. As such, the feelings he has towards Aerith she knows "they aren't real". But, I don't nitpick the scene that much because of how beautiful and haunting it is.

cw little rebirth spoiler theory ahead: my guess is that the aerith we get to see here is already a doomed aerith from another cycle, one that has already joined the lifestream; it always seemed like the aerith in this particular scene knew more than she should have. and now - for those who already finished rebirth - we know that lifestream aerith shows herself to cloud even after her death (presumably, if we treat her death as factual in this/our run) therefore i think that this might be the case here too, what do you think?
there are three things i hate about the final fantasy Vll remake A. they are splitting the game into three parts like the hobbit movies B. they didn't bring back the cast from advent children C.they got me lovesick for jessie, curse the devs for taking a minor character from the OG ff7 game and making her hardcore waifu material!
