Glad I found this.,was having lower back pain,went to the doctor was told it is athirst and that I need to do some exercise to strengthen the muscle in my back, this is just wonderful.Could feel a difference within 2 days. Thank you so very much as a senior I can still get down on the floor right now once in the morning then before bed.

Nice voice tone. Good structure. Good instruction. Kind man. Music is a bit harsh, annoying. Lighting in room and on you, the trainer, needs improving a bit (more visible, easier to concentrate) - a touch gloomy as compared to say Senior Shape Fitness with Lauren.
Great! Practical exercises, very well demonstrated. I'm starting ☆NOW☆. Great dog, too. (You might look at sharpening the audio - a lot of old folks have bad hearing, and in places the reverberation makes it hard to understand what you say.)

If you're over 65 and already have painful back issues, a couple of these exercises are just impossible.
