  I made this joke up in 1991 when speaking with my mother when she mentioned she was working on our gegeology. I then gave it to a lady friend of mine who was a stand up comedian in Panama City Beach, Florida. Now it is International!

  I loved this show growing up. The best part of it was her humility because she was as real as any of us doing these tasks as non-experts. Glad this is on KZread. Great memories!

  Dec 2023: Yes! Remember watching this from a Detroit Suburb on CBC Windsor (Channel 9). Just across the Det. River. She reviewed a home computer or two as well.

  I started watching this video 11 years ago, then I stopped, and just started watching it again. I had forgotten all about Mad Man McKay's (so many things to say about that particular commercial. My take, cheap production values.) Was Creighton's based in Australia? (note the background music). Nice to hear Ron Zima's voice, listened to him frequently during my teenage years.

  Funny while watching the prices on some of the things I was thinking the prices for still like that I could afford to buy a house within a year or two off my current paycheck. I could also go out to lunch after only working for about an hour. :)

  My cousin and I as teens in the very early 90s watched reruns of this on Lifetime and thought this was hysterical, especially if she said anything that could be remotely interpreted as sexual innuendo and every time she’d groan struggling through a project. This was pre-internet so we took our entertainment where we could get it😂

  I remember watching this show when I was a pre-teen with my dad. I remember her being kind of ditzy and spent so much time doing everything besides the project. 😂.
