You are lucky enough to get connected via Bluetooth and then saw through camera eye. Mine never showed through lens, at times never connected to Bluetooth. It's really a pain in the neck.

I've tried so many times using wifi it completes then the screen on the app says pairing failed at the top and on the bottom says camera binding failed. Please reset camera which I've done at least 20 times and check everything but same problem occurs. Very frustrating. I've even tried uninstall ingredients the app and reinstalling. Please help me get this camera working

What if we just have to install the camera and just keep it steady and we do not usually use the live aspect of the camera. will it be ok if we just have to check the footage later on?

I have no idea how to tell a 2023 version from a 2020 or even a 2024 version. There is no year on the box of the one I boughton Amazon last month (June 2024). I m not overjoyed at the pdigen language instruction full of size 1 (super tiny) font. Nevertheless I did figure out the set up. Some sadness that the software only works on my phone but not my PC. However I am hopeful that Bluestack and turning virtualization on will enable my Windows10 PC to emulate an Android phone well enough to allow the camera's software to run on my PC. Currently the camera watches my front door. I have others and will probably install them in other locations at a future date. My biggest complaint is the camera seems more designed for indoor use than outdoor use. I doubt it would survive a thunderstorm or icy conditions. A second complaint is the tiny battery in them. That little watch battery will not give you 24 hour, 7 day a week capability. But since it charges and can run off a USB jack the power requirement is probably in the 3.7 volt range and I am thinking a few 18650 batteries wired in parallel connected to a USB plug should give greatly extended run time without needing a wall plug. I have a similar concvern about the tiny memory card. You will not be able to fit a month of 24 hour video on it. Still it is a lot less cumbersome than the old VCR recorders. Glued inside the corner of a front window covering my front door walkway it gives a fairly good picture of the walk, good enough to make out the plate of my car parked in front and wide enough to cover 40 degrees or so on both sides of the walk. <If you mix Styrofoam and Acetone and keep adding Styrofoam and stirring till you get a paste, it makes a very good, long lasting hard plastic cement when it dries. That camera will be there for years to come.> It is dark now and the camera LEDs do show the walk and the doorway approach. Testing shows the motion detector floodlights add definition to the nightime image. That's good. The speaker and microphone work well too. The camera software has an alarm feature. My phone can set the adjustments, but try as may, by movement across the field of view, nothing alarms. The written instructions in English do not address the alarm feature, so maybe although the software provides for it, the A9 doesn't support it yet. The company ads say there is a magnet for easy mounting somewhere in the camera or the stand body. I find no trace of any magnet in the one on the front window (hence the glue mount). I will build some battery packs and a more weather proof mounting box for one of the spare cameras and see how long 3 or 4 18650 3000mah batteries will run the little thing outside. My goal is to have 4 of them up and feeding into a spare PC with several Tbytes of video storage capacity that overwrite when full. Yes, I like the A9s..

Hi! I've already connected 2 cameras but can't seem to be getting a third one to wotk! Istead of hearing the beep sound in the beginning of the setup process, I keep getting the message 'Camera starts up. Wait for you to sonfig'. I do go on with the setup but nothing..... Any ideas? Thx!
