Can’t thank you enough you saved me a lot.The bolts came out of the box letting it shift forward. I was about to lose my mind. It’s not fun when your net is not operating correctly. Thanks

Good morning. I started having an E4 02 code popping up on our JD 569 baler. After trying to find the problem, I ran across your video. You pointed out numerous areas that could be problematic. I’m going to do a thorough check and hopefully will get back to running soon. Thanks again for a a very detailed and helpful video!

Hi it sounds like you kinda know a lot about these balers I just purchased a 2001 jd 567 baler it’s the combo net wrap or twine and we started using it and when it goes to net wrap the bale for some reason it doesn’t want to disengage after the 2 rounds of wrap are complete, so it just keeps wrapping what would be causing that ? We checked the actuator and switch and all have the correct voltage and what not so just trying to figure out why it’s doing that if you have any advice that’d be very appreciated

I'm having the exact same issue, to the T, we're you able to figure anything out? I've got good voltage, I've tested the actuator manually with a battery and it works great. Won't disengage after the net warp cycle and just keeps wrapping. Have you figures out your issue?

This had me scratching my head and cussing JD the entire time until I found the procedure in the Tech Manual. It was easier than I thought once you know how. I found you video after the fact :) I may drill and tap two more bolt holes in that channel to help retain that cover nice and tight.

We have cut that whole box of with cutting wheels and reciprocating saw in order to get access to the back of where the clips go. Then welded nuts on to the back. Welded the box back on. Painted and hopefully good for ever. Unbelievable that JD would use a cheap clip system there. I would have gone with replacement clips though if the parts guy had mentioned them. Good video, thanks.

I just bought a 467 Baler and want to run edge to edge and it don’t have the kit installed. Is that kit pretty easy to install and do you think I’ll need it? Thanks

The wrap roll will need the spacers, I tried on my baler to not add the wider sensor pad kit and it would say the wrap didn't go on bale more times than not, so I added the kit, you can try and see if it works without and go from there, it'll wrap bale but just error out after wrap cycle if net didn't hit sensor pad, new pad is only a inch or 2 wider and also has the stopper to keep the switch arm from being bent

Jon's Repair thanks so does that wide pad just slide off. Hard to tell in video or do you have to disassemble some things to get to it.
