  Wow……I really miss Thailand and Cambodia. Stuck here in Canada for now. 72 years old with a quadruple bypass. But they tell me I’m health enough again to travel anywhere I want. Coming back soon to Cambodia and Thailand. And stay and live there for my last years.

  You are definitely onto something unique with this new venture, Chuck! Your visuals are compelling and draw the viewer into the moment. No need to weigh it all down with captions or subtitles identifying each and every dish being prepared. That would seem pedantic here. And we can use our imaginations, anyway. Please continue to follow your creative instincts! Keep forging ahead!

It’s quite entertaining since there is an element of surprise in your Isaan language skills. Keep it up! The natural sounds of food cooking and vendors calling out to customers is what draws me to night markets.

  Love the food channel Chuck. This might be to much to ask. I'm wondering if you can overdub the food parts and say what foods the are, and maybe whats in them. Definitely not criticizing any of your work.

  Thank you my very much for the suggestions. We're trying a new platform maybe for a different type of audience. I have about a hundred videos in the playlist on this channel with detailed information and commentary. After a year of little success on views, we decided to go a different direction. But that's not to say we might modify as we go, thanks again.

  The food porn is interesting for a few minutes but there needs to be some description and dialogue and who's eating or enjoying it. Keep working on it Chuck.
