If they had pitted Oscar before Lando on both occasions you have to wonder whether he would of finished second never mind the win, they gave him preferential treatment to make sure they got the one two and for that he should be great full. Lando lost it at the start and he even admitted that himself so the teams strategy worked, a lot of people will say McLaren was wrong but if they had already told them both what was going to happen then Norris shouldn’t complain and just accept it.

I see oscar as putting himself first in every race and team battle , or even when they are close on track. Its in his history. Not saying its right or wrong, for example, In austria during the sprint, as lando was battling max for p1 , trying to pass max, oscar was right up on landos gear box, causing unnecessary pressure on lando while lando is trying to focus on max and his moves. In that case they both lost out. Now in hungary, lando earned the pole position, but oscar chose to attack and fight for turn 1. It undermined landos efforts and pole position. Instead of oscar going to defend againt max or being landos wing man, he goes a little deep and runs lando and max wide. At least give lando the opportunity to lose p1 on his own. Maybe i just see honor as important amongst teammates. Oscar doesnt seem to understand honor, yet. Maybe his manager mark webber has instilled some of his toxic traits in him. "Look out for you first"

Yes. How does no one see that? Oscar undermined landos race from the start. Pushing lando and max wide, that was landos pole position, at least let him lose p1 on his own before you go on attack mode in turn 1 . There should be some kind of honor. Oscar can be toxic. The team turned its back on lando. The way they spoke to him on radio, then Andreas saying there would have been serious consequences for lando had he not swapped places, he said that there Is no room for that at McLaren. Who would want to stay there ?

Lando is too desperate, he’s heaping too much pressure on himself and he’s struggling to let go of previous chances he could have won. He needs to have more faith in his ability and skill and then make sure he’s always in the right place to ensure the team are making choices that benefit him.

He was forbidden to race oscar on lap 45. He got clear instructions he shouldn't fight oscar and his fight was with Max and lewis. But here oscar says he had a threat from max. Clearly everything is pushed under the rug. Be Stella, oscar and Lando have all said different things since the race.

That is what i have been arguing with my less knowledgeable F1 friends...Lando lost the lead on turn 1 at the start of the race. I am Glad Lando sees that! In the end, it wasn't the driver's fault, it was the Team's. Congrats either way on that 1, 2.
