  Well back in the day Karl Koch used to update a blog/page where he revealed most or all available info about Weezer’s gear. Back then he said that the body of the guitar was damaged and that the electronics went into another guitar. That’s been years and years and so surely this is a replacement…but it would be really cool to think it’s the original. Those parts must exist somewhere…surely Karl knows.

  Tribute bands are some what 😎 Cool but to a point but as a musician I want my own identity 🎤 🎸 🥁

  🤔…..relax folks, there are quite a few Beatles “tribute bands” which should surprise nobody. Of these tribute bands there are 3 or 4 who stand out far and above the rest. Some are astonishingly accurate. These tribute band performances (the top ones) are very high-quality productions - entertaining - and fun to attend. They are also EASY TARGETS for keyboard warriors / haters - just ignore the those talentless cowards. It is not an easy thing to do at all, as these musicians are actually playing their instruments, and singing (yeah, of course some backing tracks are used, as even the Beatles did in some of their final performances, but that was mainly because of the huge array of instruments employed in certain songs….. AND these performers are doing a pretty good job of looking very close to the Beatles as they went through there various incarnations during their heyday. Most of these productions take the audience from the Ed Sullivan era, through their evolution as a creative force in Pop/Rock culture right on through Sergeant Pepper. There will probably never be an end to “Tribute Bands” (especially ones attempting to re-create the greatest Bands AND individual artists such as Elvis, Prince, Miley 👀 😳….ok, OK!….you know I’m joking about Miley! 😁🤣, MJ, Elton, etc…. AND SO WHAT?! Future generations will get at least a glimpse of the magic that many of us experienced as we were growing up. So lighten up some of you haters out there….Let it Be.

  Pinkerton sounds better in these live videos. It’s like it was meant to be heard live. The tracks on the album don’t do it justice.

  I remember paying ten bucks that included two cocktails to sip while watching a group whom mimicked the Beatles very well. And my friend and I had front row seating. Nice, memorable time indeed.
