  Minnesota is a bigger school and competes in D1A. Charleston is a smaller school and competes in D1. Minnesota came in 2nd to Ohio State in D1A jazz.

  Nice ... It seems like that may have added a little more sassy , pazzazz to the choreography , and outfits. Still think the outfits could use a little more pazzazz ... But pretty Good like it is , hope the ladies are still performing 👍 😊

  Most of them are still dancing! Five still at the same studio together (two are seniors in high school now) and one is dancing in college.

  Do a lot of these dancers train at Southern Strutt as well?

  This middle school team had 3 current Southern Strutt company dancers, some current Strutt pre-company dancers, 2 former Southern Strutt dancers, and dancers from other local studios. Next year, the high school team will have 6 current Southern Strutt dancers, some current Strutt pre-company dancers, 2 former Southern Strutt dancers, and dancers from other studios. So there is a good mix!

  While cute and unexpected the first video, this is like the 3rd or 4th I've seen with the singers being the Chipmunks. My feeling is that it spoils looking at the hard work these girls put in.

  Thank you! The story was based on The Grinch (played by Zelig). It's a fairly new show that Strutt now performs annually. I just recorded the Itty Bitty company part, but all company performs in the show. : )
