  This kind of precision comes when you only play with your wrist like only keeping ur wrist on the table. I tried this too and my flicks had become very accurate suddenly but the drawback is that ur elbow stoops down and also ur wrist cutting through the table it becomes quite painful after long hours and i dont think its good for longevity of the muscles.
