  So good! So many great memories! Saw you guys with my best girl in a small club in Dayton Ohio just as this song was taking off. Chemistry, talent and energy! Still one of the best live performances I've experienced even close to 40 years later. Cherry picked the top CD's in my collection a few years back and sold off the rest. Needless to say, 'Ghost on the Beach' is sitting on my shelf right next to my Petty, Stones and Crowes. So glad I found this. Thanks for the upload.

  I saw them at Shades in Lincolnshire right after the album release. Great show. I ran into Gary and John at an Elvis Brothers show at Schubas the next night and was complementing them on the show at Shades. Gary started to apologizing to me about the cover, saying they had no control over it. I would have paid three times the amount to see these guys. Ed Breckenfeld one of the hardest hitting drummers ever. The likes of Levon Helms. Great band.

  Oh man, fall of 1987 as a jr. in high school coming into my own. Listened to XRT for hours on end just to hear GOTB at least once. Finally bought the tape and hence its part of my DNA, thanks Gary!

  Honestly one of the best bands I've ever heard. Great songwriting great sound great players. Led down the wrong road of fate. Sucks that they never got the national recognition they deserved. F***ing genius band! Love all that music even the Juleps! A+

  I still love it. We went to see The Insiders at Paramount Theater in Denver Colorado good venue and stellar performance. KBCO 97.3 beamed Ghost On The Beach several times daily. Another page in My Golden Book Of Memories

  Holy crap. I'm from Memphis and worked in a record store when Ghost On The Beach came out. Love that album still to this day. Very pleased to find these tracks from Ardent!!!

  I love so much of the Insiders music, not sure how many times I saw them at the Chicago area clubs, but I would sure like to see them again! This is one of the best! Nicolas Tremulus on backing vocals if I remember right?
