Didn't understand what the purpose of the cable ties, on the small side table. They don't seem to do anything.
It kept it in place until the glue dried out. They actually prevented it from sliding down 😅

None of these are varnished or sealed, so surely using them for things that get wet is not a good idea?
How did you tuck the excess fabric around the sides of the canvas? Any tips or tutorial on how to hang the art piece as well? :)
Come on! €90 for a rattan dog bed…with no cushion! My dog would have that torn up in no time. IKEA used to be great for buying crafting supplies like plain wood frames, mirrors, etc. But they have gotten so expensive over the last ten years. I rarely go there anymore. 😢😢😢

#3- I think I might have used a ‘lime wash’ technique on the flat areas of this. Just for a little more interest.
I’m not sure I understand what you mean by ‘plaster’. This doesn’t look like any plaster I’ve seen before. It looks more like joint compound to me???🤔🤔🤔🤔

#2 might look interesting if spray painted a metallic copper or antique gold .
#2- I’m not into neutral colors so much but I like this idea. I might try it using different colors & motifs of Indian sari fabrics I collect. I think it would look really cool!

this is such a cool video, with a great and beautiful outcome! BUT i'm really looking for inspirations for a REALLY small balcony. my balcony is only 1mx2m - this i would call an extrem small balcony NOT this in the video. every time i was looking for small balcony/extreme small balcony/tiny balcony/mini balcony inspiration - it turns out that the balconies are bigger than my living room (like this in the video)

For a short moment I thought you were dissing small rocks and I got ready to write a long comment defending my collection of cool rocks. But then I understood that you meant rugs and I immediately got happy because I just got rid of my small rugs and bought two nice and big ones that fit my home much better and look so much better.

The makeover looks nice. I can't help but prefer the look of the bench from before, but maybe styled in a different way. The cushions in those pretty chairs look like an after thought. That Mars approved chair and the rug are my two favorite pieces!

for Mars! The olive tree is going to die if its buried so deep in the ground. The bark cant touch the soil otherwise it will rot in a year or two. You have to plant it exactly at the same level as it was growing before. The balcony turned out great!
