  Hi Tibor, the creator of this video has responded : “A beach ball is not suitable as it may not be as strong as a yoga ball and could cause injury if it burst. Yoga balls can be purchased relatively cheaply. Please consider the advice on the video regarding the size of ball to use. “ I hope this helps!
