Hi. I pulled the injector out by hand just by cranking it a little. Didn't have any problems. If the copper o-ring on the nozzle was damaged and the well is filled with black glassy sludge, then the nozzle has to be knocked out with an extraction hammer and the nozzle itself will be permanently damaged.
I simply pulled arm up to wash and the spring popped off. Now it looks like it would be easiest to get a new arm and replace it.

If you have the same virtual machine, what helped him was this: You have the downloaded original to restore it to the way it was, right? Then move or erase the caches file or directory , and both files with the .lck extension. (the first 3 files in your picture) Move or erase the files where 8700f0e3 is in the name. (2 files) Rename your first directory "D:\PIWIS 3 WIN10 41.500+38.250 VMWARE" to a simpler directory. For example, "D:PIWIS". Re-register the virtual machine in the player.

I can't give download links here. But for the sake of interest I found a virtual machine from the Russians in 10 minutes in a search engine. If you can use PtP in your region, you can download from there. This is probably the easiest way.
I have the 106GB file by nhanas, but I was referring to the VAS6154 driver instead. Or the driver is not required based on my research online. Some mention just load the PIWIS 3 into VMware and plug in VAS6154 and it is good to go? Like literally we don't need those CD file from seller.

I bought the same clone kit on aliexpress. My question is: how did you write the files from the DVD to your flash drive?. did you just copy and paste the udf file from the DVD?.
Hi! In my case I had a virtual machine archive? Is it the same for you? I unzipped the virtual machine (a few files) and copied it to a directory on the SD card. Then I told VMware where to start the virtual machine from.

On the other hand, i dont know what files there are on the dvds that came with the clone device. Is that the drivers for the device or that is piwis as well/?
@@rickyfredericks9694 The Aliexpress seller could have sent both PIWIS and Audi programs, or just plain garbage. If everything went well, you received an archive on disks, which you need to unpack. The file extension of the archive is usually: .rar or .7zip, .zip . After unpacking there will be 5-10 files with extensions: .vmdk .nvram . vmsd .vmx File to be specified by VMvare player with extension .vmx

hi, maybe you can help me out, when i start the VM for the first time it doesnt ask me if I moved or copied it. After starting piwis is unuseable. so I asume it automaticly marks it as copied. can i change this?

@@marcoaurelio6941 The dashboard indicated from 25l/100km to 30l/100km. On the highway it showed 10-12l/100km. Bench test of injectors showed that all of them were leaking. The injectors are not repairable. We had to buy new ones.

@@D-Stealth ya ok muchas gracias , Se probaron en banco de prueba y todos inyectores están buenos, se limpio toda la admisión, se cambió actuador del turbo, se cambió cuerpo de aceleración, se cambió flujómetro, se elimino dpf físicamente y en la computadora, el problema sigue , humo gris en ralentí y a bajas velocidad, con alta velocidad el problema desaparece .. 🤦🤷

Nice vid but may i add recommendations 1.use original or bosh seal sets 2.if ussing old brackets that hold down the injectors torque the nuts to 10nm if ussing new torque to 9 nm. Overtorque may lead to damaging the copper seals.

@@D-Stealth I got ODIS with mine. I got the wrong one. I downloaded PIWIS, but it says VCI not found. Do I need to run wifi or something else? I followed all the other steps. PIWIS 3 loads on VM, and device is found and connects from the desktop icon, but VCI is not found in the PIWIS. Everything is greyed out. Hmm.

Very informative. I have a 08 A6 3.2 Quattro with a blacked out MMI. Mine lacks many optional multimedia modules, just two modules in the back, AM/FM radio and amplifier. I currently finished checking the fuses and fiber optic connectors which all of them seem to be working fine, including the CD changer in my glove box. I really wish it's the radio module that broke down so I can simply bypass it since I don't listen to the radio often anyway, but this video could be the one I will need in case it turns out to be the amplifier causing an open circuit in the fiber optic loop. I'm terrible with soldering and it seems like a great challenge for me to dig out the PCB to create a canal of solder but I'll try.

I’ve got a 2019 S so it’s a bit different underneath, an extra piece of plastic in front of the damper. It seems to fit fine just had to fiddle with the position of the damper in the clamp to get full lock, and orientation of the adjuster is different. Can’t see the adjuster so I’ll keep a record of where it’s set. A very useful video to get an idea of what I was doing before taking bits off so thanks for this. The Hyperpro damper instructions aren’t that clear. @@D-Stealth

Hi. If it's fast, we tell the charge controller what current we want to charge the battery with. If the new battery is the same (in type and capacity), then nothing can be programmed and it will work. But the charging controller will change the charging current, thinking that the battery is old. This is not bad, but it is not optimal. If a wet battery has been replaced with an AGM battery, the charge controller will simply kill the battery with the wrong current. I use the VCDS program. I received the program together with the diagnostic tool. All the coding is done in the control units of the car. The battery in this machine has no control units or charge controllers.

You used your laptop, and the program, do I need to get my hands on that machine also? I was told that I would need a "diagnostic machine" also which is like 400 bucks. But I didn't see you use one. I have 2011 q7. It jump started but with opposite connections. Since then MMI screen will not power up. Checked all fuses. Replaced mother board under the gear shifter and tried a bypass of amplifier. But I don't see any a red signal coming into amplifier. Help?
