I have the same issue, 1995 4 runner v6. Replaced Pressure Sensor hoping it would help. First pressure sensor from autozone was $25 and faulty. 2nd sensor was $50 and does work but still reads uncomfortably low at idle. Marvel mystery oil didn't do much if anything. Considering using the recommended oil 10-30 tomorrow but filling the last quart with lucas, or just using 10-40 to keep pressure up at operating temp. Most likely will go 10-40 and depending on pressure a dash of Lucas.

My 2002 Grizzly 660, stock tires, down a long paved hill would hit 69 on the speedometer and also the rev limiter in its day. On flat ground, 67. On a garmin GPS (because when the 660 came out, that was about the best thing you had other than police radar to actually check speed on), when that speedometer said 69mph, the GPS said 65. And 64 was attainable downhill but 65 just clicked for a second or so. Realistic people vs. dumbass people and bragging bullshitters. I accidentally used 5w-20 or 30 during an oil change and my head gasket blew soon after..might have been other problems but just a warning. The cap says 10w-30 and that is what I have used when thinking straight, and of course use now after head gasket job and new cylinder heads. And for the record, my 3vze oil pressure has never gone above about the halfway mark. During warm up it is about halfway and once warm, drops down. After a short drive and fully warmed up, the oil pressure is almost zero at idle. And not even the halfway mark during 2-3k rmps. I have no idea whether this is okay except that many people report the gauge reads low and it is normal. I would feel better if it at least went up to halfway mark during 2500 rmps. Just seems like it is slightly faulty. Maybe I will clean oil screen in pan and or get that pan leak fixed and see if it improves.

Mine does the same thing. Get a mechanical oil pressure gauge and screw it in in place of the electric sender and see what you're actually getting. Electric gauges can get fiddly if the electrical system has inconsistent voltage and I've had problems with oil pressure senders in particular on several models of vehicle. So if in doubt, get a mechanical gauge and see what the pressure really is.

Screw Out to richen it, screw in to lean it off.. Get it warmed up, turn the idle down as much as possible without it cutting out, then try and get the tickover as high as possible only just using the mixture screw itself.. Err on the rich side... Then adjust the tickover screw to suit... That is how you correctly adjust the fuel mixture 😉
