    Hi , In Visitor Info Cards -> Visitor Fields -> Type : Number & String are not working for me . Whenever I integrate them , it doesnt asks for the input and directly jumps to the next module in the line. Please help me out

    Great overview. I refer to it a lot. At least today (7/17/2024) the ZDK reference materials shown in the video have disappeared. The url shown in the video gives a 404 error. Web searches for the Zoho Client Script ZDK provide nothing except similar dead links. Perhaps Zoho is withdrawing support for ClientScript?🤨

    Hmmmm. If you're internet is down the app is useless. You can't find emails unless you have a constant internet connection. The developers simply didn't consider every scenario you might run into. At least with Outlook I can access all of my emails offline.

    How do I allow my recruiters to add new candidates to Zoho Recruit? I don't see a way to change permissions for the ability to edit a record.

    Hi Joesweeney! You can fetch the Notes module in the same way you fetch the Leads module using the COQL API. But only admin users can access the notes in the org using the COQL API. To retrieve the notes for a specific record in a module, you need the parent record ID. Use the GET Records API to retrieve the parent record IDs. Once you have the parent record ID from which you want to retrieve notes, use the below query: { "select_query": "select id, Note_Title, Note_Content from Notes where Parent_Id = {{parent_record_id}}" } To know the fields in the Notes Module, use the GET Fields Metadata API (crm/v6/settings/fields?module=Notes).

    What is the maximum time an API call can run in Zoho Flow or RPA? That is, if I call a service via an API from within a Zoho Flow, how long will it wait for the API to return a result before it to be times out? Likewise for Zoho RPA?

    Zoho has more than one terms and conditions pages for the same services, and each one has different information to mislead users and scam them. I ordered MAIL LITE, and most of the listed inclusive services were not there. They offer 30 days cancellation, but you must be super clever to find the cancellation button. There is no cancellation button! Imagine we are in 2024 and you still have to send them an email to request cancellation. It is almost impossible to find the correct email to ask for cancellation, and even if you email them, they will not cancel it. They will just send you a confirmation email that they have received your email and they will forward it to the cancellation team, but the cancellation team does not exist. By the time the cancellation team, which will be the first person who replied to you, gets back to you, the 30 days will be over and they will tell you, “sorry you passed the cancellation period.” They claim to be in the EU, but they are based in India. Thanks to PayPal who is fighting on my behalf to get my money back. NEVER PAY WITH DIRECT OR DEBIT CARD IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE SCAMMED!
