I got the exact same set and size. They really are good for anything and everything. If I’m skating in my neighborhood, which has really rough terrain, I’ll use these or the dragons. Best wheels for tricks imo are the f4 OG classics.
that damn skreetch'n sound Bro!!!
Such effortless amazing tricks 👏👏
So is spitfire and world industries different or what? I am not an avid skater so Idk
World Industries have 'Flame Boy' which is different to the Spitfire 'Big Head' logo
@@fasttimesskateboarding awesome thanks for the information. I really appreciate it.
🔥
i dont think they are better than the ones with popcush, but i would love to read your opinion... Still for MTB, i totally love them better than popcush
These are made to be a lot more supportive as a cup sole shoe
i need those
You won't regret it!
beautiful pink deck
Effortless First Try that's how We Roll
I actually use 85a wheels and softer and you'd be surprised how easy they even are to slide once you break them in
Open bearings? That seems like a bad idea.
Can someone translate what he said
Came for the wheels, stayed for the skating
Thanks mate!
I love this shoe😭
Such a good looking shoe!
So happy I got my pair!
They're so good!
Look more like a dancing shoe than a running shoe, that’s probably because of the flat sole
Need a touch more padding under the ball of the foot.
The sound
So good!
Andrew Reynolds!!! Lets go!!! No questions asked my bloke!!
The Boss!
💯
I bought these wheels and I still suck at skateboarding
Keep practicing mate!
What kind of pants are those ?
These are the XLARGE 91 pants
My favorite slicks came from darkstar back in the day. They were super nice.
Just say they’re the Powell dragon formula rips and be honest about it.
Down to the duro. I doubt they will have the same speed though (Powell is some of the fastest and racing companies struggle to make anything faster. I'll have to try these out) I am glad other companies in the industry is trying out modern urethane formulas though. It's about time.
Always amazed when people are surprised by anything that's not a 99a.. soft wheels have been around since the 80s. I've been riding the OJ Natas 95a for a few years now. Softer wheels are far better!
Nah these slide better than most soft wheels from what i've seen and tried. The formula makes a big difference.
@@spht9ngbest slide wheels ever made are 75a (snakes) but they are large and they grab in grinds. They also are the inspiration for the Dragon formula wheels.
@@PaulKentSkates exactly why Spitfire 93s are a thing. You can do all street skating with them and the softness/size doesn't get in the way.
Slappy are the Worst trucks I have ever ridden and I'm not joking if you buy them don't buy the inverted kingpin because in my couple of months of skating them they have unscrewed themselves more then 10 times and the whole truck fell apart in peices. Several of those times I ate it because everything but the baseplate fell off. And the pivot cup constantly is getting destroyed because the metal around the baseplate bends!!! Having you to replace them every month and the bushings tear up within the first day for me at least. I have a huge bruise on my butt because of these trucks from unscrewing even if i tighten them to where you can't even move they will become loose by the end of the Sesh. I would rate them 1/10 do not buy
He said 93A?? wtf 😂
How are they different to the Knits??
The fit is the main difference with the knits being a sock fit shoe that fits to the shape of your foot more than the standard laced version
Fuck yeah, I normally get either 54 conicals or 56 radial 99 duros, excited to suss these new ones out! Especially since I ride the same setup and wheels on EVERYTHING i skate, having slightly softer wheels that still slide would actually be a godsend.
This will be perfect fro you then mate!
Never heard the term “pinch grind” before.
First session with my Nano cubic 52mm, feels faster yet less vibration compared to my previous 52mm 95A mini logo wheels
Sick, those wheels are great!
Literally the best selling sb of all time
Such a classic!
how are they compared to the dragon formula wheels? I think powell makes them or bones or something? are these similar?
These feel closer to the 97 X Formula from Bones rather than the Powell Dragon Formula's
Great SKATERS...GOOD JOB!!! ✨🍀👾🛸
Tre to start nollie tre to close. I like your style
That had to have been awesome to have been at. Everyone brought a deep trick bag, the announcer's enthusiasm is infectious, and the crowd is loving the show. This needs more views.
It was the best night and everyone killed it!
everybody was throwing down in this, commentator/announcer was super hype, good on em for carrying the energy thought the event 🛹🛹🔥🔥👏👏
It was such a good vibe and everyone killed it!
They'll never beat my Slime Balls. Still the best 97a out there.
We'll have to try them next!
The Lizzys are still the best ever and I've been wearing Vans for decades. The most comfortable and best for skating out of all the Pro versions. Bought a couple of pairs on sale recently too.
Sick, glad you're loving them!
Love the corded ear phones
damnnn are ur bearings rusted or is that the design? heard good things abt these tho so i might get em
Andrew Reylonds. Steezy king
Damn I actually really like that wheel shape . Sometimes the spitfires are too rounded I like them to have that edge like these ones do
The Radial shape is great!
@@fasttimesskateboarding thank you for saying the correct term I’ve been trying to remember it lol
Do they come in swirls or colors
@@danielcarrillo6529Not at this time, don’t know if they have any plans for that.
Are they true to size?
Yes they fit true to size and aren't as narrow as they look.
@@fasttimesskateboarding thanks
No foot print insoles - not for my old bones
Someone tell the vans team to make shoes with better colours schemes… fml they look horrible and even worse looking when they’re all scuffed up.
They will end up as one of the ugliest shoes ever
allen key hardware ftw.
I am interested but they look pretty slim. Is that the case? I have wider feet so can't skate narrow shoes
I believe they are. Maybe try them on before buying.
All the pro skate vans are too narrow for me nowadays. i buy their wide sizes but they only offer the classics in wide which suck to skate.
Same for me but I had great success with the previous AVEs when I used a metal shoe stretcher and stretch liquid on them. The suede and the overall strength of the AVE made stretching them pretty easy. I'll probably do the same to these new ones when I run out of the previous AVEs. I only buy suede skate shoes now and always stretch them...
They aren't too slim at all but definitely worth trying on first!
AVE is the man!
Who's skated the AVE 2.0's yet?
I’m what world is above 90a soft😭
For street skaters it's soft lol. 99/101 is normal for us
