Hello and thank you for watching my video :) If you are asking if the toy came with batteries the answer is no. Typically toys never come with batteries. In general that is something you have to purchase separately from the toy . Is that what you are asking ?

How are you turning that?! The controls only go forward and back.
Hello and thank you for watching my video :) It does seem a bit confusing . If you press the forward and back button for a while it will just go in one direction but if you give them a tap it will spin or turn. You get a feel for it when you use it’s a bit weird I know lol.

I did too!! Sanrio plushies are always so expensive especially the size of them. Sanrio store will charge an arm and leg for a plushie more smaller than that. I’m glad you got some too☺️💕

Hello :) Thank you for watching my video :) I am sorry but this isn’t in Japan I’m from the U.S. This is the official Sanrio store which is found in a few malls scattered in the United States. If you go to Japan you will definitely find better merchandise at the Sanrio stores in Japan :)
