Where do people work here and how Big is the lot?
Many people work locally or commute to a larger city like Manchester, Tullahoma, AEDC, or Murfreesboro. This lot was just under an acre!

I understand completely! As long as you are not driving around the murfreesboro area you should be okay. Chris does not mind Murfreesboro but you could not pay me to live there again! hahah I say that only half jokingly, its a great city but it just is not for me!
Guys, suggestion. Start with the hard data, population, location, climate, etc then drill down. Show a map. I admire your presentation, but it could be much better. For Pete's sake, you start off with a dang archery shop. Come on.
I really appreciate your perspective!! The only downside of this is viewership typically does not hang around as long when you start with hard data like you mention. Straight facts/numbers aren't the most exciting thing for most folks and most folks tend to get bored with that info quickly and do not bother to stick around to watch the video (our metrics support this). In regards to the archery shop, Taylor's Archery and Tracy and Sandy Taylor have been a part of the Tullahoma community for decades and are a very loved and appreciated small business, they are also close friends of mine which grew from years of visiting their shop. I felt it entirely appropriate to highlight their business, a unique business at that, because most cities/towns do not have one and for other outdoorsman like myself it is a nice fact to know about a new area that they may be moving to.

As a Gallatin native stay out of Middle Tennessee almost 3 million people live here it’s overpopulated!
Split between 41 counties in Middle Tennessee you end up with around 73, 170 people per county so not too bad when counties range from 114 square miles on the small side to 761.3 square miles on the larger side. It can certainly feel that way in certain areas!

In Crossville you have your normal grocery stores like Kroger, Food City, and Dollar General Market but you also have some locally owned stores like Flowers Bakery, Casa Lopez Hispanic Market, and the Cumberland County Farmers Market. Shopping wise you have several outlets and plenty of small businesses.

Does nolensville have any parks or lakes near it?
Yes it does! There are actually a ton of parks within short driving distance of Nolensville (as well as in Nolensville). You have Owl Creek Park, Crockett Park, Marcella Vivrette Smith Park, Fly Park, and Cedar Stone Park, all within a 10 minute drive of Nolensville! You have pearcy priest to the east of nolensville and radnor lake state park to the west.

What are yalls thoughts on the lake tansi year round camper community?
We drove through the community while we were in the area, the folks we met were very nice to us! Outside of that we did not spend a ton of time getting to know the community but it certainly seemed nice

@@taraized absolutely! It really is a great deal there, and you have the lake right there. You can't really beat it! Tiny homes are becoming super popular around Tennessee, the concept itself really is awesome
I also miss the suckers from baker bros. As a kid im almost 24 and grew up here crazy how much it’s growing
They were awesome!! It was always fun to go in and explore the store! It really is insane how much it is growing, i visited a friend and his family this weekend and everywhere you looked around town it seemed like something new was being built or a new business had popped up

Absolutely! We haven't done one yet but Chris is definitely the expert on the eastern part of the state. He grew up in Clinton and lived in the greater Knoxville area for most of his life. We still do quite a bit of work up there!

Don't fucking move here. The mayor sucks the housing prices are through the roof the traffic is awful and the whole city is the ghetto. I live next to the police station. Literally 100 feet from where the video starts and my neighbors were shooting automatic Glocks and not a single cop shows up. Its not worth it
It was really nice while we were there and I have several friends with young families that live in Gallatin.... Never really felt unsafe and compared to other areas on the lake you get a bit more for your dollar in Gallatin than in other spots. Definitely don't want to discredit your experience but I would have to disagree with you on a few points.
Literally only showed the “nice” parts of Gallatin, how about you show them the Neighbourhood top hogs is located at , you know the place yall was eating at… right smack in the middle of low income housing and that side is definitely run down and DEFINITELY sketchy🤣 gallatin isn’t everything they “make it to be” this from a local born and raised in good ole gallatin 😅
@@tacosandsoda yessir or we can talk about the brand new courthouse that they went way over budget on. Or the fact that homeless people wander the square. Or how traffic is so congested that it takes 20 minutes to go three miles. Or even that the water is in no way "safe" to drink. But without all of that or county is one of the most expensive in the country. Or that our schools are awful and our jobs don't pay jack shit. We can talk about the drunken mayor or the inept animal control. Lots wrong with this hell hole
@@tacosandsoda We didn't have a single issue and folks were friendly in the "run down/sketchy" part, the area where top hog seemed old but again folks were friendly to us 🤷♂ Gallatin is a great city, I have several friends with young families who live there and love it, if you solely focus on finding the "bad" you will tend to find just that.
@@jordanprince1976 Ive lived around the country in multiple states, homelessness is a pretty common issue unfortunately from small town to large city (again unfortunately I don't have the solution here) . Kind of the same thing with traffic, infrastructure tends to be behind population growth resulting in traffic (ive talked about TN Traffic and Infrastructure in a separate video). Ive heard multiple references to the water but no one has shared any sources there. What makes the schools awful? In regards to pay, i agree the state of TN is lower than where it needs to be! I haven't heard or seen anything about the mayors drinking habits or animal control.. Also we would be happy to help you find somewhere new to call home :)

We actually have a dealership in here Nashville that opened in 2022! Its well worth dropping in, they typically have an F40 and F40LM on display with other significant cars
That place is disgusting. Nashville is getting worse and worse by the day with urban sprawl. They are trying to turn it into LA south for some reason.
