The channel that celebrates itself. Shoegazer93 is dedicated to keeping the spirit of guitar effects combined with interesting song craft alive. A genre that impacts the soul without saying much. Emotion and imagination in sonics. It is impressionism and surrealism all at once. Shoegaze has a wide spectrum from the hypnotic fuzzed up My Bloody Valentine to the powerful ambience of Slowdive to the dance rhythm of Curve and Seefeel to the psychedelic modulation and melodic familiarity of Ride, Lush and Chapterhouse. the style is very open. It is the dreamy sonics, production and the will to experiment whilst still retaining a sense of pop/ rock melody that combines them all. Welcome to my world. Hopefully it can be your world too

Agreed
I wish other side promotions put that line up at the victoria Dalston instead
Indeed. Rev Rev Rev are really good. But I saw them the first time in 2021. And Velveteen and Thinking With Sand are there again So I will probably give it a miss this year
Slowdive are coming to the states for a 3rd time in 18 months this autumn 🍂. They didn't come here 3 times total in the first run !
FUCKING GLARE?!?!
WOAH!!!
@@shoegazer93 what about THE BUTTHOLE SURFERS!

The levitation festival usually posts each band's set 6 months after the fact. So you'll get to see it, just not how or when you want to.
You forgot couchgazers
About fkn time.
We're in the studio right now mixing some brand new songs, but to tie you over until they're ready...
Where i can found this interview

Miki's aura is powerful. May be it was too powerful. I saw Lush tour with Ride. That was the epitome.
😂 they played with fans emotions
Oh yeah we need new music, 🎶 fingers crossed 🤞 my friend.
Completely Agree Julian Swales is the GOAT! His harmony and chord choices just blows my mind!
You sure got 2 very cool guitars 👌
Atmospheric indeed. Nice jazzmaster 👌 I have a jazzmaster myself.
Just garbage music
These Essex girls without make up look like men
Yeah need to get indie bands/artists out there.
This sounds exactly like what AI would do
Cool band
And this weekend, let's play Swervedriver......LOUD
@@shoegazer93 yes
Yeah baby, it's time!
That was great. Keep it up and maybe do a demo from beginning to end of your process, including the recording.
bro, knows how to communicate with Godzilla.
this is a reply for James Hargreaves, beside shoegaze there's much better indie rock bands than the britpop thing, around that era there was bands like cable, mogwai, ligament (part chimp), Urisei yatsura, bob tilton, elevate, AC Acoustics, spares snares, joeyfat, prolapse, dawn of the replicants and even early Idlewild those bands were indie rock bands a head of there time. I also think that britpop ruined indie music in general but that's my opinion
Also I forgot to mention that The Kills front man (Jamie Hince ) old band Scarfo who supported bands like ash and placebo
objectifying a human is always a fallacy of humanity
The next Euros is being hosted in UK and Ireland in 2028, which is a great thing for us!
What is missing from the pedal is delay before the reverb. It is an easy fix to make it sound like the rack unit, it won't be as lofi but that can be fixed as well
Yes I know that. I mentioned in the video that Catalinbread didn't put delay in the pedal. This can be rectified by just adding another delay pedal in the chain
I think the soft focus patch on the yamaha FX 500 is more suitable for dark wave, dream pop, shoegaze and post punk, while the catlinbread soft focus is much suitable for ambient and post-rock as well as Shoegaze
Vinyl rips on youtube now
Spain may well fk us..
If any team deserve it, it's Spain on merit. But you never know now
The Verve play a triumphant show in their hometown & shortly thereafter disband.
They also headlined Glastonbury in 2008. But the 1998 gig has a more Shoegazey set list with Neon Wilderness, Catching The Butterfly and an ethereal version of Come On! Being performed
cheers for showing the set up.
One of my favourite performances by my favourite band. Hey Shoegaze, my brothers Jimmy from Puressence. Seen you on the comments about the Albert Hall gig. Small world.
Brilliant! Your brother has an amazing voice. Do you know if Puressence are playing more gigs?
@@shoegazer93 Not sure mate. I'll let you know if they will be.
Love KOD!

Sadly , most Brits don't have the intelligence to vote for anything that will make their sad pathetic lives better.

Dissapointing
Considering Reform is headed by a Dulwich College - educated former stock trader , the idea that they are friends of the working class is pretty fanciful.
